CYPN｜第50次职业分享
企业的团队的发展离不开组织变革 (Organizational Changes)，但是在所有致力于组织绩效变革的努力中，有一半是失败的。众多失败有的是因为管理层没有起到模范作用，也有的是因为员工一成不变。害怕变革是人之常情，然而，当面临挑战时，固步自封只会让团队举步维艰，只有不断创新，扩大边界，才能让团队立于不败之地。
为了帮助大家理解如何合理运用领导力去管理组织变革，克服停滞不前的惯性带来的阻力，10月24日CYPN邀请来了两位企业资深管理来和大家一起探讨。

Jing Zhang
Jing Zhang is a Senior Manager in Schlumberger Software. She has a decade of experience in leading large-scale enterprise software development and is currently responsible for the digital transformation of multi-billion-dollar revenue business lines in the energy vertical.
Jing obtained her MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
Janet Kan
Janet Kan is a Principal at ENGEO Incorporated. She is the lead project manager on large-scale public projects including the California High-Speed Rail. She also managed various private residential, mixed-use, and master-planned developments around the Bay Area in California. Janet transitioned to strategy and business development in 2018 and led ENGEO’s engineering teams serving tech clients such as Google, Facebook, and Paypal.     
Janet obtained her MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Daniel Wu currently serves as the Vice President and Head of Analytics at Revolve Group (NYSE: RVLV). He is responsible to help strategize and drive bold high-impact decisions as part of the Executive team.
