Job Description

This Full-time / Part-time / Intern Graphic Designer utilizes creativity and technical expertise to design content for Marketing, Sales, and Product teams’ projects.
The Graphic Designer prepares marketing materials and digital designs under the supervision of the Marketing Director.
The Graphic Designer is creative, upbeat, and extremely detail-oriented and manages deadline pressure easily, can juggle multiple projects at a time, is extremely organized, and has a can-do attitude.
Excellent communication skill is a must.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Design Sales, Marketing and PR related materials (press releases, posters, ads, invitations, postcards, presentation materials, and other miscellaneous design projects).
Design high fidelity prototype based on user study and production timeline, and refine the final design to improve user experience.
Work closely with in-house marketing, sales, and product teams, and supervise the production of projects in a timely manner.
Present design options at various stages of completion, making changes as necessary.
Work both independently and with a group to create art that is unique, innovative, and on-brand.
Prepare electronic files for output, which can include photo retouching and color correcting of electronic files.
Collaborate with Sales, Copy Writers, and Marketing Personnel to present multiple solutions to a project.
All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

1~2 years of graphic design experience.
Degree in Graphic Design or related field.
Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
Knowledge of four-color printing process and the ability to pre-flight and archive files.
Organized and efficient, paying close attention to details while handling multiple tasks.
A sense of urgency and ability to handle tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to take direction and problem solve.
Experience with product design processes is a plus.
