►► 工作内容
  • Prepare state and local tax calculations and tax return filings for Uber's corporate and franchise extensions, quarterly estimates, and annual filings
  • Assist with the state and local aspects of the quarterly and annual consolidated tax provision, including, but not limited to state apportionment calculations, effective rate analysis and state legislative updates
  • Prepare reconciliations for state tax general ledger accounts
  • Team with other Uber stakeholders, such as indirect tax, legal and payroll to ensure alignment on all filings and reporting
  • Assist in special state tax research projects related to state implications of various transactions, apportionment, and various other state tax considerations
  • Contribute to process and technology improvements aimed at streamlining and automating the compliance and reporting processes
  • Assist with special projects, including addressing state tax notices and assisting with state tax audits
►► 职位要求
  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar fields

  • CPA, JD and/or Master's in Taxation preferred

  • Strong tax operations knowledge and familiarity of state and local tax issues for a multinational technology company operating globally.

  • Have excellent analytical skills, ensure results are accurate and able to communicate findings in a precise and simple manner

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with strong ownership of his or her function

  • Results driven with high level of initiative, teamwork, urgency, accountability and integrity

  • Demonstrates hands-on willingness to accept challenging projects outside areas of experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; Highly preferred proficiency in tax compliance software and research programs (e.g., OneSource Income Tax, RIA, CCH and BNA)

  • Experience with OneSource Tax Provision and/or State Apportionment modules a plus

  • You’ll lead initiatives to drive standardization within SFDC reporting for the MM and National Sales Org

  • Assist in the buying function including parts selection, quoting and sourcing production parts 
  • Prepare, maintain, and review purchasing files, reports and price lists
  • Compare prices, specifications and delivery dates to determine the best bid among potential suppliers  
  • Knowledge of all organizational and governmental rules affecting purchases and provide information about these rules to organization staff members and to vendors  
  • Contact suppliers to schedule or expedite deliveries and to resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries and quality issues
  • Agree on first piece approval dates and track  progressNegotiate contracts
  • Responsible for promoting a safe working environment and monitoring compliance activities to support the safety program

  • A proven track record of strategically sourcing raw materialsuch as: steel, resin and factory components to include injection molding, presses, die casting and electrical parts
