不信邪的网友纷纷去尝试了。然而...味道确实很销魂——鱼腥味、臭鸡蛋、腐烂味...总之,一言难尽!
时间视频的记者们尝试了“先吃香蕉后吃枣”,录制了一个视频。真是隔着屏幕都有一股浓浓的恶心感。

机智的网友还发现,恶心程度和 香蕉的成熟度、配冬枣or红枣 有关。
英大尝试了4种,吃到最后一种的时候...
香蕉 + 红枣
香蕉+红枣,似乎并没有出现很恶心的感觉。毕竟红枣的味道太浓了...
①熟香蕉+红枣:吃起来没啥感觉,红枣味道把香蕉完全盖住了。
②半熟香蕉+红枣:香蕉就是有点儿生,红枣就是红枣。吃起来就是2种味道,也没有恶心感。
香蕉 + 冬枣
香蕉+冬枣,真是“好吃到吐”!
③半熟香蕉+冬枣:香蕉半生不熟,本来就觉得有股青草的味道。再加上冬枣....已经开始恶心了。
④熟香蕉+冬枣:开始怀疑人生,能看到人生的走马灯!

  • 巧克力牛奶+橙汁

上面这些组合,虽然味道不好,但对人体不会造成什么危害。

PS:因个人体质不同,某些组合可能对你不会立刻产生影响。

Tea + milk
茶 + 牛奶
Splashing even a little milk (cow or soy) into your cup short-circuits those benefits: Milk proteins bind to antioxidants in tea and prevent them from being absorbed.
将少许牛奶加到茶里,就会让红茶的优势减少——牛奶中的蛋白质与茶叶中的抗氧化剂结合,导致防止抗氧化剂很难被吸收
What's more, milk doesn't even offer a calcium boost in this situation. The caffeine in tea can decrease calcium absorption. 
另外,牛奶在这种情况下也不提供钙了。茶中的咖啡因会减少(人体对)钙的吸收。
所以奶茶不能多喝,连鲜奶茶也要少喝了...

Chestnut contains a high amount of vitamin C which can react with the microorganism inside beef so it will reduce the good benefit from chestnut. The combination of both food and drink is bad for our digestion system.

Crab with Tea
螃蟹 + 茶
Consuming crab and tea together can lead to digestion problem. The gastric fluid will be diluted by tea. Tea contain tannic acid as much as a persimmons. This is not only disturbing the assimilation process but also reduce the gastric ability to sterilize the food inside our stomach.
螃蟹和茶同时吃,会导致消化问题。胃液会被茶稀释。和柿子一样,茶里含有单宁酸。这不仅会影响同化过程,也会降低胃对食物的杀菌能力。

Shrimp and vitamin C
虾 + 维生素C
Shrimp basically contains Arsenic Pentoxide and if it’s combined with vitamin C supplement, a chemical reaction process inside your stomach has been turned into Arsenic Trioxide which is really dangerous. The combination of these foods will bring a really serious problem lead to death.
基本上,虾都含有五氧化二砷。如果它和维生素C结合,会在胃里发生化学反应——形成三氧化二砷(也就是砒霜),这是很危险的。严重起来,会导致死亡!

Seafood with Fruits
海鲜 + 水果
Several fruits such as persimmons and grape is not recommended to be eaten along with seafood. It will make a stomach flatulence, nausea, diarrhea and stomachache. Several fruits contain tannin and it will form an insoluble compound inside our body. Fruit consuming after 4 hours after eating seafood is recommended to avoid the bad effect.

Turnip contains a vitamin C and it will destroy the amount of carrot’s nutrition. Eating both of these vegetables separately is recommended in order to avoid the digestion problem inside your stomach and getting the best nutrition.
白萝卜含有维生素C,它就会毁掉胡萝卜的营养成分。建议把这两样蔬菜分开吃,避免对胃的消化能力造成不良影响,还能吸收绝佳的营养成分。

Milk with Chocolate
牛奶 + 巧克力
Milk and chocolate is not recommended to be consumed together although it tastes good. Milk is rich with calcium and protein while chocolate is high in oxalate acid. If they are consumed together, calcium from milk and oxalate from chocolate can form oxalate calcium which is not only insoluble but also lead to diarrhea.
虽然牛奶和巧克力味道好,但不推荐同时吃。牛奶富含钙和蛋白质,巧克力含有高草酸。如果在一起食用,牛奶中的钙与巧克力中的草酸可以形成草酸钙,这不仅是不溶物,也会导致腹泻。

eggs and sweet potatoes: the same food abdominal pain.

vinegar and tea: constipation, metabolism of toxic substances and carcinogens stagnant intestinal passive absorption, is not conducive to health.
