新西兰新冠肺炎疫情应对部长克里斯·希普金斯于当地时间11月24日宣布，新西兰将从明年年初开始分阶段放宽入境隔离措施，逐步重新开放边境。

COVID-19 Response Minister of New Zealand, Chris Hipkins said on November 24th that New Zealand will gradually relax its entry quarantine measures from the beginning of next year and gradually reopen the border.

2021年1月16日午夜起，完成新冠疫苗接种的新西兰公民和居民从澳大利亚返回该国将免除集中隔离。

Fully vaccinated Kiwis and other eligible travellers can travel to NZ from Australia without staying in MIQ from 11.59pm Sunday, 16 January 2022.

2月13日午夜起，完成疫苗接种的新西兰公民和居民从除疫情高风险国家外的任何国家返回，均免除集中隔离。

Fully vaccinated Kiwis and other eligible travellers can travel to NZ from all other countries from 11.59pm Sunday, 13 February 2022.

4月30日起，完成疫苗接种的外国人入境新西兰可以免除集中隔离。

All fully vaccinated individuals will be able to travel to NZ from 30 April 2022 onwards, with the re-opening staged over time.

随着政府取消了对大多数旅行者在MIQ入境隔离系统的要求，从2022年1月起，新西兰公民回国将更加便利，从4月起，完全接种疫苗的外国公民入境也将更加简单。“关闭边境是我们应对新型冠状病毒疾病的第一步，也是我们重新开放的最后一步”希普金斯表示。

Fully vaccinated New Zealanders will find it easier to come home from January 2022, with foreign nationals to follow from April onwards, as the Government removes the requirement for MIQ for most travellers.“Closing our border was one of the first steps we took to keep our country safe from COVID-19 and it’ll be the last thing we open up” Chris Hipkins said.

据此前消息，新冠疫情暴发后，新西兰实施了严厉的边界管控政策，禁止非新西兰公民和永久居民入境，并对入境者实施严格的14天集中隔离管理。这些措施虽然遏制了新冠病毒在新西兰境内的传播，但也使依赖海外劳动力的新西兰面临严重劳动力短缺压力。

According to previous news, after the outbreak of COVID-19, New Zealand implemented a strict border control policy to prohibit the entry of non New Zealand citizens and permanent residents, and implemented strict 14 day centralized segregation management for immigrants. 据介绍，上述免除集中隔离的入境旅客需要:

· a negative pre-departure test

· 完全接种疫苗的证明

· a passenger declaration about travel history

此外，在抵达后还需要进行7天自我隔离，并至少接受两次核酸检测。

In addition, 7 days of self isolation and at least two nucleic acid tests are required.

据悉，有关如何实施自我隔离的进一步详情将于十二月公布,其中包括有关如何从抵达机场前往自我隔离地点的指引,以及对自我隔离地点的要求。
