为深入贯彻落实习近平总书记关于加强我国国际传播能力建设的重要指示精神，进一步完善人民法院法治国际传播工作机制，近日，最高人民法院印发《关于进一步规范人民法院组织机构、职务名称、工作场所英译文的通知》（以下简称《通知》）。
《通知》立足新发展阶段实际，全面吸收和展示了党的十八大以来人民法院深化司法体制改革的重要成果，结合新修订的人民法院组织法、法官法，规范了最高人民法院巡回法庭、国际商事法庭、知识产权法庭，以及金融法院、知识产权法院、互联网法院等改革成果的英译文。
《通知》以是否符合国际传播的实效性为标准，注重全球化表达、区域化表达、分众化表达，英译文既便于外国读者准确理解，又符合我国制度实际、不扭曲术语原意。
《通知》以问题为导向，从法院名称、内设机构、审判组织、法官职务、人员分类、工作场所、区域名称、法庭指示牌等方面，规范了208个术语的英译文，基本能够满足人民法院完善涉外审判机制、优化法治营商环境、扩大对外法治宣传的实际需要。
《通知》要求，各级人民法院要认真落实习近平总书记关于加强我国国际传播能力建设的重要指示，推进对外法治宣传，讲好中国法治故事，完善新时代人民法院的国际合作交流、涉外案件审判机制，推动形成更高层次改革开放新格局。下一步，各级法院将结合工作实际，在国际合作交流、涉外案件审理、双语标识制作中规范使用相关术语的英译文。

各省、自治区、直辖市高级人民法院，解放军军事法院，新疆维吾尔自治区高级人民法院生产建设兵团分院：
    党的十八大以来，人民法院在以习近平同志为核心的党中央领导下，持续深化司法体制改革，深入开展国际司法交流合作，中国特色社会主义司法制度更加成熟更加定型，我国司法国际形象和影响力不断提升。人民法院组织法、法官法修订完成后，一些司法改革最新成果的英译文亟待确定。随着更高层次改革开放加速推进，国际司法交流合作日益深入，涉外案件和司法协助业务稳步增长，更有必要进一步规范人民法院组织结构、职务名称、工作场所的英译文。
    为落实习近平总书记关于加强我国国际传播能力建设的重要指示，推进对外法治宣传，讲好中国法治故事，完善新时代人民法院的国际交流合作、涉外案件审判机制，推动形成更高层次改革开放新格局，最高人民法院经广泛征求意见，就人民法院组织机构、职务名称、工作场所的英译文作出规范，现印发给你们。请在国际交流合作、涉外案件审理、双语标识制作中结合实际遵照执行。《关于规范法院名称及法院工作人员职务英译文的通知》（法外〔2004〕230号）同时废止。
