《花心》由厉曼婷填词，喜纳昌吉作曲。原曲是日本作曲家喜纳昌吉根据冲绳民谣为日本电影《山丹之塔》谱写的主题曲。歌曲表达了对“花”的留恋、珍惜与爱慕，希望能与“花”同行。
后来台湾词人厉曼婷根据原曲谱写了歌词，并由周华健翻唱为《花心》。
