As a founder of a startup, I was once deeply engulfed in the vortex of traditional business models: team expansion, industry competition, project financing... However, Sahil Lavingia's "The Minimalist Entrepreneur: How Great Founders Do More with Less" opened a new door for me. Sahil 's words, "Anything small is beautiful," resonated deeply with me, unveiling a fresh business perspective: minimalist entrepreneurship.

In today's uncertain and changing business environment, this philosophy is not just a new way of operation but a wisdom for survival and growth. As the director of a company, I am acutely aware of the risks of blind expansion. We have pursued speed and scale, often overlooking the core competitiveness and profitability of the business. The book emphasizes: "Minimalist entrepreneurs should focus on maximizing profits, not expanding at all costs." This reminded me that while expansion seems glamorous, without sustained profitability, a business is doomed to fail.

In this fast-paced business world, companies can easily be misled by big data and market trends, forgetting the essence of business - serving people. Users are not just recipients of our products and services, but partners in our business development.

We start small, but our dreams and ambitions are boundless. In the world of small businesses, we have found a more humane, innovative, and sustainable way of working.
