【讲座信息】《联合国气候变化框架公约》第二十六次缔约方大会（COP26）即将于苏格兰格拉斯哥召开。有评论指出，“无论是因为新冠肺炎的全球大流行而被迫推迟一年举行，还是因为承载着来自各方对“后2020时代”国际气候治理的期望，今年的COP26都可以说是自2015年巴黎气候大会（COP21）之后最受各方瞩目的一次缔约方会议。”

本次网络研讨会，气候法学者们将对COP26作前瞻性分析，包括会议关键议程、会议成功的前景等。
