Mark Lemley

个人简介
Mark Lemley在斯坦福大学任法学教授，并担任斯坦福大学法律与科技中心主任，他还是斯坦福大学经济政策研究所的高级研究员，也是符号系统计划的委任教授。他教授知识产权法、专利法、商标法、反垄断法、机器人与人工智能法、电子游戏法、救济方法。他是美国艺术与科学院、美国法律研究所和知识产权名人堂的成员。他获得了加利福尼亚州律师协会的首届知识产权先锋奖、2018年的世界法律科技奖，2017年他获得了专利商标局协会颁发的P.J. Federico奖。

Dan L. Burk

Peter Menell

个人简介
Peter Menell是加州大学伯克利分校法学院教授。在完成学业后，Peter Menell担任美国第二巡回上诉法院法官乔恩·纽曼的书记员。他于1990年加入伯克利法学院，并很快开始为伯克利法律与技术中心(BCLT)的创立做准备工作，并于1995年与他人共同创立了该中心。Menell教授从1999年到2005年间担任BCLT的执行董事。2018年，Menell教授与前FJC主任兼法官Jeremy Fogel和院长Erwin Chemerinsky共同创立了伯克利司法研究所(BJI)。BJI填补了在法律学院和司法机构之间建立有效桥梁的长期需要，其主要目的是促进司法廉正和司法独立。2021年，Menell教授创立了BCLT的生命科学与创新项目。Menell教授为联邦司法中心组织了60多个知识产权教育项目，包括自1998年以来每年举办的为期数天的“数字时代的知识产权”项目，以及一系列网络研讨会。

Jeanne Fromer

Ted Sichelman
