Richard L. Reversz
一
个人简介
Richard L. Reversz，1958年5月9日生于阿根廷，是一名美国律师和学者，同时也是纽约大学法学院AnBryce讲席法学教授和名誉院长。Reversz教授是研究美国环境监管法律和政策领域的代表人。他出版了10本书，并在主流法律评论和期刊上发表了约80篇文章。Reversz教授曾担任美国第二巡回上诉法院首席法官Wilfred Feinberg的书记员，并在之后为美国最高法院大法官Thurgood Marshall担任书记员。2008年，Reversz教授创立了研究所Institute for Policy Integrity，致力于改善气候变化问题并为环境问题建言献策。自2014年以来，其同时担任美国法律协会的主任。2022年12月21日，他被美国参议院确认为管理与预算办公室下属监管部门——信息和监管事务办公室署长。

Gary S. Lawson，曾于西北大学法学院任教，现任波士顿大学法学院法学教授。其撰写的行政法教科书目前已更新至第8版。他同时与人合著了一本宪法学教科书。曾独立或合作撰写了近100篇学术文章及5本专著，主题涵盖宪法理论、宪法历史以及法律命题的证明（proof of legal propositions）。Lawson教授是联邦党人法律和公共政策研究协会的创始成员，并在其董事会任职，同时兼任法律学者参考工具书《宪法遗产指南》（Heritage Guide to The Constitution）的编辑顾问委员会成员。他曾分别在哥伦比亚特区巡回上诉法院和美国最高法院为Antonin Scalia大法官担任书记员。2017年，Lawson教授获得了波士顿大学梅特卡夫教学奖（Metcalf Prize）。

Gillian Metzger

Richard J. Lazarus

Richard J. Lazarus现任教于哈佛大学法学院，负责教授环境法、自然资源法、最高法院辩护和侵权法，曾代表美国、州和地方政府以及环保组织在美国最高法院审理40起案件，并在其中14起案件中进行庭辩。另外，他是《深水—海湾石油灾难和海上钻井的未来》（GPO 2011）的主要作者，该书是提交给 BP 深水地平线石油泄漏国家委员会和海上钻井委员会的主席报告，其中他担任执行董事。该委员会负责调查 2010 年墨西哥湾石油泄漏事件的根本原因，并建议修改法律和政策以降低未来漏油的风险并减轻其影响。在加入哈佛法学院之前，Richard J.
