JOB OVERVIEW
【岗位名称】合规经理（隐私及数据方向）岗
【工作地点】西安
岗位职责
1.Monitor regulatory changes and stay at the frontier of global privacy and data regulation development trend 跟踪全球隐私及数据保护相关要求和立法； 
2.Responsible for the development, implementation and effectiveness monitoring of compliance strategies, standards and specifications of data protection 
负责数据保护合规策略、标准、规范的制定、实施及效果监督； 
3.Responsible for risk identification and assessment of business activities, and guiding business units to carry out risk governance
负责业务活动的风险识别和评估，指导业务单位开展风险治理； 
4.Provide guidance and day-to-day advice as needed for high risk activities concerning data collection, transfer, usage and storage 
对于涉及数据收集、转移、使用和储存的高风险活动提供专业意见； 
5.Responsible for the design and development of compliance schemes for products/services according to PbD principle
负责产品/服务默认隐私设计等项目的合规方案设计与开发管理； 
6.Responsible for promoting the compliance governance of website/business system/subsystem, and promoting the implementation of relevant technologies and organizational measures
负责推动网站/业务系统/子系统合规治理，促进相关技术实施、组织措施实施； 
7.Liaise with other functions such as IT, Legal, etc. to ensure the Data Protection Program has been well adopted with the organization 
跨部门沟通确保数据保护项目能够顺利落地； 
8.Promote data protection awareness throughout the organization by providing training and enhancing communications 
通过培训和宣传的方式，提升公司员工对数据保护的意识;
任职要求
1.Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in law or CS from a renowned institution with minimum of 2 years’ experience in relevant capacity ( Law firm or other in-house position, Big Four is preferred) 
本科及以上法律或计算机专业，有隐私及数据合规方向2年及以上工作经验（律所、企业合规岗位、四大等）； 
2.Good knowledge of PIPL, CSL, DSL, and GDPR as well as other compliance topics. Possession of professional qualifications such as CIPP, CIPM is preferred. 
了解个保法、网络安全法、数据安全法、通用数据保护条例等相关的法律法规，具有CIPP,CIPM等专业资质优先； 
3.Familiar with risk assessment methodology. Extensive experience in project implementation, business optimization or process embedding is preferred 
熟悉风险评估方法论，具有相关项目执行、业务优化或流程嵌入经验者优先； 
4.Willing to communicate and express, good at coordinating and invoking various resources, with good ability to identify, analyze and solve problems 
乐于沟通和表达，善于协调和调用各种资源，具有较好的问题识别，分析和解决能力； 
5.Ability to navigate through ambiguity, manage and coordinate multiple project assignments simultaneously in a fast- paced environment 
在快节奏的环境中，能够有效处理不确定性，可同时管理和协调多个项目。
