Program Manager

Location

Stuttgart, Germany

Responsibilities

Self-dependent management of programs during the acquisition phase and potentially until start of production
Verification and securement of program targets regarding timing, cost, and quality according to automotive standards
Maintain program related internal and external communication
Control and report program status
Plan and steer multiple programs
Lead the global program team
Escalation management of critical topics

Requirements

Technical university degree
Minimum of 5 years working experience as program manager in the automotive industry
Solid knowledge of quality management, incl. methods such as APQP, PPAP and FMEA
Analytical and service oriented working style, strong communication skills
Fluent Chinese language skills (mandatory!), good English communication skills, German language skills are a plus
Ability and willingness to travel
