主题解读
Topic Interpretation
       非物质文化遗产(非遗)—— 亦称 “活态遗产” —— 承自祖先,传与后代。非物质文化遗产包括口述传统、表演艺术、社会实践、仪式和节日活动、关于自然和宇宙的知识和实践,以及与工艺有关的知识和技能。非遗在世代相传中不断被再创造,并随环境而演变。活态遗产的重要性很大程度上在于它赋予社区和个人身份意识和传承意识。它可以促进社会凝聚力、对文化多样性的尊重以及人类的创造力,并帮助社区建设有韧性、和平和包容的社会。
教育作为传播和传承的核心手段,对于非遗的保护和可持续起到至关重要的作用2003年,教科文组织大会通过了《保护非物质文化遗产公约》,该公约鼓励并支持各国采取必要措施,确保社区能够保护其活态遗产。公约承认“通过正规和非正规教育”传承非物质文化遗产是一项重要的保护措施。该公约呼吁缔约国通过教育计划确保非物质文化遗产得到确认、尊重和弘扬。与此同时,将非物质文化遗产纳入教育也是非遗与教育双向赋能的有效策略。非遗作为活态遗产为教育计划提供内容和方法,提高教育和学习成果的相关性,提供丰富的教育资源,并以其富含的文化多样性促进可持续发展。
       问渠那得清如许?为有源头活水来。本论坛力求推广非遗的体验式教育实践,鼓励正规与非正规教育形式的探索和创新,促进跨学科、跨平台/机构合作,引领相关研究方向与热潮,激发批判性反思。
The ‘Intangible Cultural Heritage’ (ICH), also known as ‘living heritage’, is manifested inter alia in the domains of oral traditions and expressions, including language as a vehicle of the intangible cultural heritage; performing arts; social practices, rituals and festive events; knowledge and practices concerning nature and the universe; and traditional craftsmanship. The ICH, transmitted from generation to generation, is constantly recreated by communities and groups in response to their environment, their interaction with nature and their history, and provides them with a sense of identity and continuity, thus promoting respect for cultural diversity and human creativity.
Education, as the core means of dissemination and transmission, plays a crucial role in the protection and sustainability of intangible cultural heritage. In 2003, the UNESCO General Conference adopted the Convention for the Safeguarding of the Intangible Cultural Heritage, which encourages countries to take necessary measures to ensure that communities protect their living heritage. The Convention recognizes that "the transmission of intangible cultural heritage through formal and non-formal education" is an important safeguarding measure. The Convention calls on contracting states to ensure that ICH is recognized, respected, and promoted through educational programs. 
Meanwhile, incorporating ICH into education is an effective strategy for the bi-directional empowerment of cultural heritage and education. As living heritage, ICH provides content and alternative pathways for educational programs, improves the relevance of education and learning outcomes, and provides diverse educational resources for countries to promote sustainable development.
The innovation of ICH education requires a steady stream of voices, encompassing diverse insights and opinions. Therefore, we hope to promote experiential and immersive education methods, foster innovative attempts at cross-institutional cooperation, suggest potential areas of research, and stimulate critical reflection. This panel aims to discuss the potential of ICH to empower and inspire formal and non-formal education, as we embark on this root-seeking journey of culture, education, and identity, in the long river of history as well as the era of digitalization.

Associate professor, the School of Arts at Peking University
北京大学艺术学院副教授,北大昆曲传承与研究中心主任,教育部中华优秀传统文化(昆曲)传承基地常务副主任。研究方向为戏剧戏曲学与艺术学,尤其是戏曲图像、近代戏曲史、昆曲研究诸方面,目前致力的领域包括昆曲及“非遗”的校园教育,在北京大学开设通选课《经典昆曲欣赏》《戏曲与中国传统文化》、公选课《“非遗”之首:昆曲》《古琴经典艺术欣赏》等。
Dr. Chen is the director of the Kunqu Inheritance and Research Center at Peking University, and the executive deputy director of the Ministry of Education's Chinese Excellent Traditional Culture (Kunqu) Inheritance Center. His research interests are in drama, theater studies, and art studies, especially in drama images, modern drama history, and Kunqu research. His current focus includes campus education on Kunqu and intangible cultural heritage. He teaches elective courses such as "Appreciation of Classical Kunqu" and "Chinese Traditional Culture and Drama" as well as general elective courses such as "Kunqu, the First of Intangible Cultural Heritage" and "Appreciation of Classic Art of Guqin" at Peking University.

Inheritor of the intangible cultural heritage, Guangling Qin School
樊继健,广陵古琴学会会长、泰州市古琴学会会长、广陵琴社副社长、扬州市琴筝艺术协会副会长,非物质文化遗产古琴艺术广陵琴派代表性传承人。文化和旅游部全国文化和旅游干部网络学院特聘专家,扬州文化研究所首批特聘研究员,主编《广陵古琴》和《广陵琴话》。
Mrs. Fan is the president of the Guangling Guqin Society and the Taizhou Guqin Society, the vice president of the Guangling Qin Society, the vice president of the Yangzhou Qin and Zheng Art Association, the representative inheritor of the intangible cultural heritage of the Guangling Qin School.
She is a distinguished expert of the National Network Academy of Cultural and Tourist Cadres, and one of the first specially appointed researchers of the Yangzhou Cultural Research Institute. She is also the chief editor of "Guangling Guqin" and "Conversations with Guangling Qin".

Associate Professor, the Department of Physical Education at Peking University
武术六段。现任北京大学体育教研部党委副书记、北京大学武术研究中心主任、北京大学体医融合创新实验室执行主任;兼任中国抗癌协会康复会副主任、中国老年学和老年医学学会青年委员会委员、中国老年学和老年医学学会运动健康科学分会专家组成员,美国华盛顿大学访问学者。
研究方向为运动、人口与健康,研究重点为太极拳运动处方、老年人运动健康促进、老年友好社区及健康社区建设。承担国家级及省部级课题7项,发表学术论文20余篇、出版学术著作4部。
Dr. Wang is a Six-degree holder in Wushu. She currently serves as the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Department of Physical Education at Peking University, the Director of the Wushu Research Center, and the Executive Director of the Laboratory of Physical Education and Medicine Integration Innovation at Peking University. She also serves as the Vice Chairman of the Rehabilitation Association of the China Anti-Cancer Association, a member of the Youth Committee of the Chinese Geriatrics and Gerontology Society, and a member of the Exercise and Health Science Branch of the Chinese Geriatrics and Gerontology Society. She used to be a visiting scholar at the University of Washington in the United States.
Her research interests are in sports, population and health, with a focus on Tai Chi exercise prescription, promoting physical activity and health among the elderly, and the construction of elderly-friendly and healthy communities. She has undertaken seven national and provincial research projects, published more than 20 academic papers, and authored four academic books.

中国工艺美术馆、中国非物质文化遗产馆社服部主任、副研究员,曾任中国艺术研究院研究生院教务处处长。主要研究方向:艺术管理、文化政策。目前研究方向聚焦在博物馆社会教育、博物馆数字化建设。
Mrs. Li used to be the director of the Educational Administration of the Graduate School, Chinese National Academy of Arts. Her work is primarily concerned with arts management and cultural policy. Her current research focuses on the social education and digital construction of museums, especially the aesthetic education of teenagers through museum educational programs.

中国传媒大学播音主持艺术学院副教授
Associate Professor, Broadcasting and Anchoring School of Communication University of China
研究领域:新技术与媒体语言传播、文化传播、传媒教育数字化。在南加州大学访学期间就互联网和AI主播给广播电视带来的改变进行了研究,曾参与中国中央电视台非遗主题节目《二十四节气》创作。目前主持的科研项目聚焦于:博物馆与高校协同育人模式的探索、中华优秀传统文化的影像传播。
Dr. Zhao's research fields cover new technology and media language communication, cultural communication, and communication education digitalization. During her visit to the University of Southern California, she studied the impact of the Internet and AI anchors on radio and television, and participated in the creation of the CCTV intangible Cultural Heritage theme program "24 Solar Terms". She is heading research projects focusing on: the exploration of collaborative education models between museums and universities, and the visual dissemination of excellent Chinese traditional culture.

Professor, Advanced Institute of Humanities and Social Sciences at Beijing Normal University
北京师范大学人文和社会科学高等研究院、非物质文化遗产研究与发展中心教授,社会学院人类学、民俗学博士生导师。从1991年获得博士学位以来,在北京大学(1991-2021)、北京师范大学(2022--)的教学与研究工作关注民间组织与公民社会、民间文化与非物质文化遗产的调查研究。2010-2011学年在哈佛-燕京学社做访问学者。
Professor Gao is a Ph.D. supervisor in anthropology and folklore of the School of Sociology, Beijing Normal University. He has been involved in studies of folk organizations and civil society, folk culture and intangible cultural heritage during his profession in Peking University (1991-2021) and Beijing Normal University (2022--). He was a visiting fellow of Harvard-Yenching Institute during 2010-2011.
