【导读】中国计算机学会 (CCF) 正式发布了2019版《中国计算机学会推荐国际学术会议和期刊目录》，距离上一版已经3年，一起来看看新版目录有哪些变化吧。
近日，中国计算机学会 (CCF) 正式发布《中国计算机学会推荐国际学术会议和期刊目录》（下文简称 “目录”）。
这次更新距第四版目录（ 2015 年 12 月）发布已有三年。CCF表示，本次更新的原则是：在既有基础上进行微调，领域分布保持不变，期刊和会议的推荐类别保持不变。
目录仍分为 A、B、C 三类，其中，会议论文指 “Full paper” 或 “Regular paper”（正式发表的长文），对于会议上其他形式发表的论文如 Short paper、Demo paper、Technical Brief、Summary 以及作为伴随会议的 Workshop 等不计入目录考虑的范围。需要说明的是，一些出版社和学术社团编发的 magazine（杂志）未纳入本 “目录” 的推荐期刊列表中。
尽管最新版《目录》整体变动不大，添加了部分A类会议，以及对顺序进行了重新调整。
比如在“人工智能”领域，A类会议与2015版相比只是顺序调整了，入选会议仍然是AAAI、NeurIPS、ACL、CVPR、ICCV、ICML、IJCAI这7个。B类会议没有发生变化，C类则增加了NLPCC一个会议。
其他领域的部分变化情况有：
  • 计算机体系结构 / 并行与分布计算 / 存储系统：ACM 的设计自动化会议Design Automation Conference (DAC) 由 15 年的 B 类提升至 A 类，而影响较大的 EuroSys 会议仍是 B 类。
  • 计算机网络：USENIX 的网络系统设计会议NSDI提升到 A 类。
  • 软件工程 / 系统软件 / 程序设计语言：ACM 的软件测试分析会议ISSTA由 B 提升到 A 类；
下面是“人工智能”领域的A类、B类和C类国际学术会议：

不过，新版《目录》仍然在知乎引起较大关注，有人吐槽，有人表示不解。
有知乎用户吐槽道：
其实许多人希望看到的是：
AAAI, IJCAI 下调到 B（甚至很多老外都在 Twitter complain 这件事，人家都知道 CCF 了） 
COLT 上调到 A（要是有 S 都该调到 S）
ICLR 上榜， A（都懂）
CVPR, ICCV 下调其中一个到 B（A 的位置就那么多，这俩选一个给 COLT, ICLR 两位让让位，加上隔壁 NLP 只有 ACL 一个 A，CV 却占俩） 
COLING/NAACL 位置对换：COLING 下调到 C，NAACL 上调到 B（和 NLPCC 同级是来搞笑的）
CCF对《目录》作了解释：“必须指出的是，本《目录》是 CCF 认为值得计算机界研究者们发表研究成果的一个推荐列表，其目的不是作为学术评价的（唯一）依据，而仅作为 CCF 的推荐建议供业界参考。还需要说明的是，由于领域的交叉和视角的差异，同一刊物 / 会议在不同领域存在认识上的差异是正常的，本列表也只代表了 CCF 对这些会议和刊物的推荐建议。”
