Products Overview:
  • Cash Management: Delivers a wide range of payment and cash management related products to corporates and non-bank financial institutions.

  • Securities Services: Partnering with clients along the securities trading/investment process.

🙋：逼疯万千留学生的VI到底是什么？
💡：Video Interview 简单来说是让candidates足不出户即可通过Online筛选的一种方式。而一般是通过录制视频或者进行实时的视频通话进行。那么面试面什么？
若是录制视频：在面试的时候屏幕上会出现一些相应的问题，需要你自己录制好回答上传
若是实时的视频通话：就由面试官直接提问。
所以，通过上面两种不同的情况，Video Interview 大致可以分为两种形式：
  • 一种是Synchronus ：面试双方同时在线，通过一些实时视频软件（比如 HireVue）来完成，有点类似于视频通话。切忌一些即时状况的发生；
  • 另一种是Asynchronous：也就是“无人视频面试”。在后台的面试官，有时只用一台机器便能对你的眼神、肢体动作、面部表情、语速等进行智能评估与筛选，甚至还可估算跳槽概率。
