9月签证公告牌出炉，EB-5暂停但排期前进

此前，按照Charlie解读8月排期的直播上，已经预告了9月份的EB-5排期前进：

美国时间，7月13日，美国国务院签证办公室发布了2021年9月，也就是2021财年最后一个月的签证公告牌。

EB-5排期（表A），9月份排期继续前进了一周，到了2015年11月22日，表B维持在2015年12月15日，这是2021财年的第四次前进。不过，目前EB-5区域中心计划暂停，只有直投项目才能获批EB-5签证。

下面签证公告牌的具体内容：

按照最近的惯例，北京时间8月19日晚间也就是7月20日凌晨1点，Charlie还会继续在线答疑，谈9月排期：
