Summary
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Design and analyze experiments to verify product hypothesis and direction
  • Audit quality of launch experiment results and guarantee correct measurement of product or technical changes' impact
  • Build dashboards, keep track of core metrics and attribute metrics changes to root causes
  • Use data and experiment to verify hypothesis around bottlenecks in product growth, and consult on direction for improvement
  • Work with engineers and product stakeholders to deliver product insights and strategy
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • BA/BS in statistics, econometrics, business analytics, or a related scientific major
  • Strong analytical and causal reasoning mindset, and rigidity on statistical correctness
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Passion about social product and curiosity to deep dive
  • Expertise with SQL, familiar with Python or R.

  • Build a highly-scalable, efficient and robust system for TikTok comments
  • Collaborate with machine learning engineers to apply models/algorithms in our system
  • Work with cross-functional teams to deliver results
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS 
  • Bachelor degree in computer science or a related technical discipline, with 2+ years of related experience
  • Proficient in designing data structures, building algorithms, and at least one programming languages: python/go/c++
  • Experience in data mining tools like database/nosql/hadoop/hive/message queue/rpc/Elastic search is a plus
  • Experience in Django/Vue is a plus
  • Great communication and teamwork skills
  • Passion about techniques and solving challenging problems
