Summary
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Build and manage the infrastructure to simplify software deployments on the robots
  • Apply configuration and software changes to the systems to the new and existing fleets.
  • Maintain and improve CI/CD and developer efficiency systems.
  • Introduce tools and best practices that accelerate our development process
  • Develop automation and tooling to deploy robots at scale
  • Support Engineering teams to deploy and test new features and functionality
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • B.S in Computer Science or equivalent
  • 2+ years of industry experience as a DevOps engineer or equivalent
  • Familiarity with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Chef, puppet, etc.
  • Experience in working with Linux/Unix development environments and troubleshooting the system 
  • Experience with writing scripts for automation
  • Able to analyze and improve efficiency, scalability, and stability of various system resources

  • Develop and Maintain our team metrics to manage performance and plan strategically as we grow
  • Own strategic analyses to identify and prioritize opportunities for new Support Operations initiatives
  • Identify and measure levers to help move essential metrics and make recommendations. Working backwards from understanding and sizing problems to ideating solutions
  • Collaborate with other teams across the company to measure the impact of cross-functional projects and processes
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • BA/BS degree in quantitative or business fields, or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of work experience in data analytics, or operational excellence roles
  • Strong business analytical skills with experience in scripting languages or data analysis tools such as SQL, R, and Microsoft Excel. Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools.
  • Experience working with CRM and Operational data or have worked on measuring operational KPIs in the past.
