Three Sprintax GoTo Webinars
February 11, March 3, and April 2
If you were physically in the U.S. in F or J status anytime between January 1 - December 31, 2020, regardless of where you are right now, you're required to mail at least one form, the 8843, to the U.S. tax agency Internal Revenue Service (IRS), even if you had no income. The American Council on Education (ACE) sent a letter to USCIS on Jan 26, regarding the extensive delays in receipting OPT applications at lockbox locations. The letter was co-signed by 37 higher education associations & requested 6 ways USCIS should extend flexibility.

The American Council on Education (ACE) sent a letter to Secretary of State Antony Blinken on behalf of 46 higher education associations to advocate for actions that will welcome and support prospective and current international students and help to "restore the United States as a destination of choice for global students."
