值「以色列计划」成立七周年之际，我们特别邀请纽约的华裔犹太服装设计师Carol Cao设计了一款象征中犹友好及合作的精美领带(Tie)。该领带(Tie，英文也表示关系)已赠送给部分对中犹关系作出贡献的中外杰出人士，包括中国政府官员、驻华使领馆官员、中以商业投资界及文化界人士。
It marks 7th Anniversary of Israel Plan Organization(IPO) , we expecially invited Carol Cao, a New York based Chinese Jewish fashion designer who converted to Judaism in the US, to design a special JewishChinese Tie symbolizing bilateral friendship and cooperation, and we have already presented it to some of prominent people from China and abroad, including Chinese and Israeli government officials, investors and business people and cultural figures.

设计灵感 Design Concept
联结并加强中犹关系是「以色列计划」的宗旨与使命，该设计灵感源于我们Logo中的中国结及犹太大卫之星，两者交织成网，寓意“联结-合作-祝福”，表现出两个"名族"在全球的联合与友谊，以及在经济、科技、艺术、教育、文化等多领域的合作，并彼此惺惺相惜，彼此祝福。
We have been committed to strengthen the ties between Chinese and Jewry since our inception 7 years ago. This design concept originates from our logo which is composed of China knots and Star of Magen David, the two mingle into a network symbolizing connection and friendship, and cooperation in various areas, and appreciating and blessing each other.
这位富有才华的时装设计师根据以上理念反复修改，并设计了近十个版本后，我们最终选出了这个最能表达我们“联结-合作-祝福”理念的版本：
After 10 versions created by the gifted designer, we eventually chose this one:

联结-合作-祝福
深蓝色背景代表我们人类生存的共同世界，我们特别选择了具有光泽的优质布料，既体现专业且适合多种颜色衬衣及西服搭配，也寓意中犹两个民族共同携手让世界发光。
The dark blue signifies the common matherland of our human beings, and the high quality shining material means two nations should join forces to light our world and make it better.

纽约时装设计师，毕业于纽约视觉艺术学院。她是来自中国青岛的华裔犹太设计师，17岁到美国读高中，曾在大一期间创立了自己的时尚品牌CarolCao。去年在纽约成功举办了一场服装秀，邀请美国网红代言品牌，并在纽约SOHO有体验店，上过Vogue、NYLON和FAUST等时尚杂志。Carol主要做中高端品牌设计，她的设计理念是让时尚走进大众家庭，并在多年后仍能保持经典，其设计作品曾获奖并被选中在美国各州巡展两年时间。
