►► 工作内容
  • Perform analysis that maximizes profits and/or asset growth, and minimizes credit and/or operating losses and other risk exposures；
  • Provide analytical support on credit, operating losses and other product strategies to ensure company goals are met；
  • Segment and monitor various credit, deposit and other product groups, vintages, concentration limits, etc. and make recommendations to management based on those trends；
  • Produce performance monitoring and benchmarks regarding growth, mix, delinquency, losses and overall profitability and performance；
  • Review and analyze trends in current population distributions and recommend strategies；
  • Effectively communicate with Senior Leaders the impact that strategies will have on the company.

Required Qualifications：
A master's degree or higher in a quantitative field such as statistics, economics, operations research, mathematics, engineering, or business
Other Desired Qualifications：
  • Experience building partnerships and consulting effectively with leadership；
  • Analytical mindset, ability to draw business solutions from pulling and analyzing data；
  • Experience utilizing software tools to support analytic methods；
  • Ability to prepare written documentation, clearly defining proposals with supporting justification；
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure all communications are accurate and well-written；
  • Excellent written and verbal communication. Strong interpersonal skills；
  • Ability to work independently but also collaborate with internal partners in credit risk management and other applicable areas；
  • Strong organizational skills and demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously；
  • Exceptional strategic orientation and ability to influence a wide audience；
  • Knowledge and/or experience manipulating and analyzing large complex datasets with a programming language such as SAS, SQL, R, Matlab, Python, Stata, etc.

This immersive experience is the entry point for top talent that wants to be part of a global powerhouse with over 30 brands and includes two rotations within a two-year accelerated program that provides structured and robust onboarding. This program starts in Septemer 2021 and requires flexibility between our offices in New York City and New Jersey.
Potential Rotations could include:
  • Brand Finance: Brand or commercial profit and loss (P&L) management and analysis involving interaction with various functional areas such as Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Purchasing；
  • Corporate Finance: Overall L’Oréal USA financial consolidation, reporting, and analysis involving interaction with various US divisions and Paris headquarters；
  • Operations Finance: Manufacturing, Supply Chain or Corporate Operations rotation providing financial analysis, consolidation and strategic support for production and distribution in the U.S.

Minimum Requirements: 
  • Currently enrolled in a 4-year college or university pursuing a bachelor’s degree with an expected graduation between December 2020 – May 2021；
  • Able to start working fulltime starting July 2021 upon graduation with your bachelor’s degree；
  • Legally authorized to work in the US on a fulltime, permanent, and ongoing basis without requiring sponsorship now or in the future；
  • Willing to relocate to Northern New Jersey or New York City and have the flexibility to travel between both location.
Stand out Qualifications:
  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics with a total GPA of 3.0 or higher；
  • Showcased ability to work in a professional, dynamic environment through previous internship or relevant work experience. This include part-time work, work study, side-gigs, freelancing, volunteering, summer work, or internships；
  • Demonstrated leadership ability and interest in Finance through your academics, extra-curricular activities, or professional/volunteer work；
  • Ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience in order to present out key research findings；
  • Good problem solving and decision-making skills. Displays a sense of urgency and initiative with creativity and flexibility；
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously；
  • Creative and self-motivated. Be able to think out of the box and willing to take an extra step to get job done；
  • Effective communicator of ideas, project goals, and expected results；
  • Highly motivated and independent thinker who works well in a fast-paced environment and who seeks to go beyond their current knowledge and skill set in order to solve problems, resolve issues, and ensure goals are met；
