美总统过渡进程正式开始，拜登、特朗普都回应了

美国总务管理局23日通知拜登，特朗普政府准备启动过渡进程。

美国有线电视新闻网（CNN）23日收到美国总务管理局局长艾米莉·墨菲（Emily Murphy）的一封信称，美国总务管理局已通知“当选总统”拜登，该机构准备启动正式的过渡进程。

The General Services Administration has informed President-elect Joe Biden that the Trump administration is ready to begin the formal transition process, according to a letter from Administrator Emily Murphy sent Monday afternoon and obtained by CNN.

CNN称，这意味着美国政府承认特朗普总统失败的第一步。

随后，特朗普发推称，他感谢艾米莉·墨菲对国家的奉献和忠诚，并称她受到了“威胁和骚扰”。

“我们的诉讼还在继续，我们会继续不懈努力。我相信我们会胜利！”特朗普在推文中写道。

Trump thanked Murphy in tweets Monday night and said he had recommended that she and her team “do what needs to be done with regard to initial protocols.” But he also maintained, “Our case STRONGLY continues, we will keep up the good fight, and I believe we will prevail!”

拜登团队回应

CNN消息透露，拜登过渡团队执行主管亚伯拉罕（Yohannes Abraham）称欢迎GSA关于“允许正式过渡进程展开”的决定，并表示这一决定是“开始解决我们国家面临的挑战的必要步骤，包括控制住新冠疫情，让我们的经济重回正轨”。

The Biden transition team welcomed the formal ascertainment, calling it a “needed step to begin tackling the challenges facing our nation, including getting the pandemic under control and our economy back on track.”

“这一关于‘正式开始与联邦机构的过渡进程’的最终决定，是一个明确的行政行动。”亚伯拉罕还透露，未来几天，过渡团队的成员将和联邦政府官员开会讨论有关疫情应对，以及全面了解国家安全利益等问题。
