烦躁死了，英国的快递都有病吧，一边是前台说快递没收直接退回了，一边是快递公司说东西已经送到了签收了。tmb了，在哪儿呢？？？？？？？

英国人的数学真的……不就五个快递，和前台解释了半天，我昨天拿的两个快递是前天和昨天两个快递的其中一个，我今天要拿今天的和昨天剩下的一个，结果她一直说可是我这里显示你昨天已经取了两个快递了

我是服了英国了🇬🇧，一共下单三个快递：第一个给我邮错了东西，第二个给我邮到了隔壁宿舍（前台还是个死妈的种族歧视）我看看你第三个能给我出什么幺蛾子

好希望英国也用上快递柜这种东西，每次在前台取快递的队都能排到天边，不仅仅是因为人多，主要是工作人员效率太低，保守估计取一个快递要五分钟，最绝的总是找不到……

英国这个快递怕是无解了。上门取件前也不联系。 放宿舍前台也没人来取 跑到离宿舍最远的CD转一圈发现没有跑了。 一定要别人打电话来 跟你投诉一发 你才好好取件么。 一个暑假也应该从取件次数不少了吧 非要浪费彼此时间精力嘛

两个月后，居然前台告诉我快递找到了，厉害了啊，两个月后居然可以找到我的快递，我真是服了！！！

Basically I ordered a ticket via the internet for a gig in May, it was fairly expensive and as replacement tickets cannot be issued it requires a signature upon delivery.My university accommodation reception normally e-mail me when they have taken a delivery on my behalf, a couple of weeks after the tickets had been dispatched however I still had no e-mail. I then went down to reception and the person on duty at the time checked in the back room for any parcels under my name and said there weren't.I then e-mailed the delivery company who replied saying that the tickets have in fact been delivered and signed for. They then provided me with proof by sending the signature and name of "J Stenton" who is indeed a receptionist at my accommodation.I've since asked reception to have another look and explained that the tickets have been signed for and they are insisting that there is nothing in the back room.I've not yet spoke to J Stenton as they haven't been on shift when I went down, I'm intending to go back and kick up a bit of a fuss until I get some answers. I can't get new tickets even if I wanted to as the event has now sold out.Just wanting to know where I stand legally on this matter? Is J Stenton personally liable? Am I entitled to any compensation? and assuming the tickets are not given to me how can I proceed with taking any action?
