Uni-create Group is a comprehensive design consultancyfocusing on improving design quality. It was founded in Vienna in 1991 andmoved to Los Angeles in 2001. In 2012, three offices were set up successivelyin Beijing, Chongqing, and Xi'an. We have more than 200 students in 100 famousuniversities around the world, broadcasting the latest knowledge in the fieldof architecture to China as ‘Lei Feng of global knowledge .’

Adhering to the philosophy of ‘natural metropolis’ UCcooperates with many preeminent think-tanks, such as the Department of Architectureof Tsinghua University, the Planning Center of the Ministry of Education, tostudy the relationship between city and architecture based on the designconcepts of research-oriented, thought, precision and vision. Through this, UCArchitects aims to correspond to the relationship between man and nature, andbetween city and nature for the government and clients. The business covers thearchitectural design of urban complex, cultural architecture, residences, etc.,as well as urban design.

招聘职位
Position vacancies
主创建筑师
任职资格：
1. 名校本科及以上学历，建筑学专业；
2. 热爱建筑设计，有浓厚的创新意识，具有良好的设计理念，极富活力；
3. 具有较强的方案设计能力，能够理解、贯彻项目设计的要求，具有独立主持工程或担任专业负责人完成项目设计的经历；
4. 能够独立完成比较复杂的子项设计任务，有一定的组织协调能力，能够指导建筑师完成设计工作；
5. 5年以上本专业设计工作经验；担任过1个以上特大项目专业负责人；
6. 中级及以上职称，或具有注册资格（国外同等资格者也可）；
7. 全面掌握专业设计知识，熟悉规范标准，了解设计流程；
8. 勇于探索，勤于创新，善于沟通，严谨认真，团队合作性强；
9. 有国外留学经验者优先。
Chief architect
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majored inarchitecture;
2. Passionate for architectural design, have astrong sense of innovation and excellent design ideas, also very dynamic;
3. Strongdesign ability, able to understand and implement the requirements of projectdesign, with the experience of leading projects independently or serving as aprofessional in charge of project design;
4. Able to complete complicated sub-projectdesign tasks independently, able to guide architects to complete the designwork;
5. At least five years of design experience inthis field; Served as the professional leader of more than one project;
6. Intermediate professional qualification  or above, or registered architect (foreignequivalent qualification is also allowed);
7. Comprehensive knowledge of  design,familiar with architectural standards, and understand the design process;
8. Explorative, innovative, communicative,strong teamworking;
9. Overseas study experience is preferred.
建筑师
任职资格：
1. 建筑学专业毕业，大学本科及以上学历，3-5年工作经验；
2. 较强的问题解决能力和团队协作意识；
3. 方案实际能力突出，在总图、立面、平面等方面有至少1项以上擅长；
4. 熟练掌握AutoCAD，Sketchup，Lumion等绘图软件；
5. 具备大型建筑设计院、知名设计公司工作经历及境外学习、工作背景者优先考虑。
Architect
Qualifications:
1. Majored in Architecture,bachelor degree or above, 3-5 years’ working experience;
2. Strongproblem-solving ability and teamwork spirit;
3. Excellent  ability of design;
4. Proficient inAutoCAD, Sketchup, Lumion or other drawing software;
5. Working experiencein a large architectural design institute or a well-known design company,overseas study and working background are preferred.
助理建筑师
任职资格：
1. 建筑学专业毕业，大学本科及以上学历；
2. 1-2年的工作经验或优秀的应届毕业生；
3. 具备大型建筑设计院、知名设计公司实习工作经历及境外学习、工作背景者优先考虑。
Assistant architect
Qualifications:
1. Majored in architecture, bachelor’s degree or above;
2. 1-2 years of working experience or excellent new graduates;
3. Internship experience in a large architectural design institute or a well-known design company and overseas study and working background are preferred.
建筑实习生
1. 建筑学及相关专业在校本科生或研究生；
2. 熟练运用AutoCAD／Sketchup／Photoshop／ID等设计软件，擅长手工建筑模型制作；
3. 理解能力强，能迅速把握设计意图，进行设计辅助；
4. 保证3个月及以上的全天候实习期；
5. 善于学习，有较强的进取心；
6. 实习补贴：3000/月，实习期结束优秀者有一定奖金奖励。
Intern
Qualifications:
1. Undergraduate or graduate student majored inarchitecture or related fields;
2. Proficient in AutoCAD/Sketchup/Photoshop/ID or otherdesign software, good at making architectural models;
3. Strong understanding ability, able to grasp thedesign intention quickly;
4. Guarantee a full-time internship of 3 months ormore;
5. Active in learning;
6. Internship subsidy: 3000RMB/month. There will be abonus for outstanding interns at the end of the internship.
