【子非鱼按：感觉上次发北加州阳谷市（Sunnyvale）的选举指南（见“火线发布：Sunnyvale草根投票指南”一文）还宛如隔日，今天一看已是半年多以前了，当时推荐的候选人有的成功有的暂未成功，但是子非鱼对在美华人的草根组织支持态度没有变！今天发的这篇便是2020年该组织的投票推荐，给大家一个参考。另关于硅谷三市的草根组织状况请参见旧文：“汝本不该”】

投票原则:

1. 维持加州平衡政局：近年来加州民主党一党独大，不断制定偏左的各项政策法案，造成犯罪率高升，税收增加，教育退化，政府腐败，大麻泛滥等严重的社会问题。打破一党垄断，避免走向极权政治的最好办法是——注册成为共和党选民，或选举时尽量投共和党的人选；
2. 改善公立教育：加州公立教育的资金总数充裕却质量低下，根本原因是教师工会垄断各级教育部门，成为一大毒瘤，工会热衷推行极端洗脑政策，如男女同厕，过激性教育，左倾政治观念。大家在选各教育部门如学区委员时，请从没有教师工会背书的人选中挑选，才可能减少加州教育的衰败；
3. 避免加税：加州税率最高，各种苛捐杂税不断, 加州政府的资金很充裕，但由于一党独大，监管不严，腐败严重，多项 bond/measure 的近一半资金都用于可有过无的庞大行政开支，成为中饱私囊的重要来源。政府首先应该对开支进行严格监管，再来向民众要钱。如果政府开支不透明，任何巧立名目收税的measure or bond, 基本都是投NO.
4. 避免受骗：很多法案写得表面光鲜亮丽，实则执行时败絮其中。如果选民不确定法案的实质，最简单的办法是No. No 意味着保持现状。当然避免上当的最好办法是以你所信任的投票指南为参考，省时省力又不上当。
5. 考量理念：你手中神圣的一票代表了你的理念，投给与你理念相符的候选人，而不是胜算最大的。找不到合你心意的候选人？那可能是因为太多人错误地注册了某个党而让潜在的候选人心灰意冷而不出来参选！

以上原则适用于选民在不确定投票方向时作为参考，并非放之四海而皆准。如果你有不同的意见，最终决定权在你手中。最重要的是，一定要投票！选票就是你的声音，放弃投票等于放弃你的利益。

Ro Khanna was elected in 2016 with a lot of Chinese supporters. He greatly helped on local  issues such as airplane noise problems on SJC South Flow, SFO and SQL. That was undeniably a great job for local residents.
If he has not attacked the voices from residents on the radical human growth curriculums disputes, turned his back against local residents, we would definitely recommend him.
His support for Bernie Sanders and AOC puts the USA into a greater risk of Socialism pitfall. His support for skin-color/race based college admission is also racism by definition.
We have to ask you to make your own judgement on this seat.

In 2011 and 1991 Sunnyvale residents rejected a directly elected mayor TWICE already.
