求职网站Glassdoor.com编辑发布了不需要大学学历就可以申请工作的顶级公司名单，其中包括Google, Apple以及IBM 等炙手可热的科技公司。

2017年, IBM的人才招聘副总Joanna Daley 告诉CNBC Make It IBM在美国招聘的员工中有15% 没有大学学历。并说相比于只在上过大学的申请者中挑选人才，IBM现在更加注重参加过编程boot camp或是行业相关的高等职业技术教育课程，得到了更多实操经验的申请者。

Software Engineer

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve software.
Manage individual project priorities, deadlines and deliverables.

Minimum qualifications

BS degree in Computer Science, similar technical field of study or equivalent practical experience.
Software development experience in one or more general purpose programming languages.
Experience working with two or more from the following: web application development, Unix/Linux environments, mobile application development, distributed and parallel systems, machine learning, information retrieval, natural language processing, networking, developing large software systems, and/or security software development.
Working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written English.

Preferred qualifications

Master’s, Ph.D. degree, further education or experience in engineering, computer science or other technical related fields.
Experience with one or more general purpose programming languages including but not limited to: Java, C/C++, C#, Objective C, Python, JavaScript, or Go.
Experience developing accessible technologies.
Interest and ability to learn other coding languages as needed.

Enterprise Field Sales Representative

As an Enterprise Field Sales Representative, you will be working with top enterprise accounts, leveraging existing relationships with C-level executives, developing new relationships, and acting as a trusted business partner to understand their unique company challenges and goals.

Responsibilities

Build and deepen executive relationships with enterprise customers. Influence long-term strategic direction and serve as a business partner.
Negotiate and manage the entire cycle, often presenting to C-level executives in corporate and global customers.
Lead account strategy in generating and developing business growth opportunities, working collaboratively with Customer Engineers, and Google Partners.

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience in quota carrying software sales and account management at an enterprise B2B software company selling to global accounts.

Preferred qualifications

10 years of experience selling infrastructure software, databases, analytic tools, or applications software.
Experience leveraging C-level relationships with CIO, CMO, CEO, CFO executives.
Demonstrated success with large, complex commercial and legal negotiations working with procurement, legal, and business teams.
Track record in working with and managing partners in implementation projects, including global system integrators and packaged software vendors.
Deep understanding of a specific industry.
Ability to work with sales engineers and customer’s technical leads to inventory existing software estate, define migration plans, and build business cases for migrations.
