选择旧金山的，工作上手之后，可以每周在palo alto工作几天，不用每天进城。

Minimum requirement:

2 years industry experience.

- New grads: you can still apply directly on uber website, referrals won't help.

Requirement:

We have openings in these two profiles for all levels (L3, 4, 5a, 5b, 6 etc)

ML engineer, good knowledge of ML in depth, knows how algorithms work under the hood, can code up ML methods without directly calling packages, can code like an engineer (leetcode medium).
Engineers with working knowledge of ML. This is especially suitable for strong engineers who wish to go into the field of ML, but don't consider themselves ML experts yet. Your focus would be building scalable systems, you still need a working knowledge of ML, and strong coding basics (leetcode medium).

Both profiles would need strength in system design, as we are building complex systems.
