高铁“霸座男”刚走，“霸座女”又来了…网友：无耻也能凑“CP”

最近有关高铁的新闻不少，前脚刚把“霸座男”送进黑名单，后脚“霸座女”又来了！

9月19日，网友视频爆料称在湖南永州到深圳北的G6078列车上，一位周姓旅客上车后坐了靠窗的位置（10F），而她原本的座位是靠过道的（10D）。

A video posted online showed Zhou occupying a window seat train on a train traveling from Yongzhou, Hunan province, to Shenzhen, Guangdong province, on Wednesday, when she was supposed to sit by the aisle.

靠窗的乘客上车后发现位置被占，要求周某某让座却遭到拒绝后，请来乘务人员。

The window seat passenger later boarded the train and found her seat already taken. She asked Zhou to move but Zhou refused, prompting a complaint to train attendants, a member of the train’s staff said in the video.

乘务人员劝说无效，周某某找了各种借口推脱，就是不肯离开座位。

A train attendant arrived to mediate but Zhou kept making excuses and stayed put, the staff member said.

周某某的占座行为一直持续到广州南站下车为止。而那位被占座的女士则由列车安全员协调坐在了隔壁车厢一个靠窗的位置。

Zhou occupied the window seat until she left the train at Guangzhou station. The woman whose seat she took was given another window seat in the neighboring carriage.

周某某咆哮工作人员的视频很快就上了微博热搜，截至今天早上10点，“高铁霸座女”的话题阅读量超过了4亿次。

Videos of Zhou yelling at the officer quickly went viral on microblogging platform Weibo, where the hashtag “high-speed rail woman hogs seat” has been viewed over 400 million times in the past day.

昨天，湖南省警方向周某某开出了200元的罚单，广州铁路部门则表示把周某某列入了黑名单，后者自公示期满无有效异议之日起，180天内无法购买火车票。

On Thursday, police in Hunan — a province the train passes through — fined Zhou 200 yuan , and the Guangzhou rail authority issued a statement saying that Zhou had been banned from taking trains in China for 180 days.

周某某也是这一个月以来，因为类似举止受到处罚的第二人。（戳这里回顾）8月21日，一位名叫孙赫的男子在济南开往北京的高铁上霸占他人座位。当工作人员反复要求他起身时，孙赫却声称自己不能站立，需要轮椅。

Zhou was the second person in a month to be punished for such behavior. On Aug 21, a video posted online showed a man named Sun He sitting in the wrong seat on a train from Jinan, Shandong province, to Beijing and refusing to move. When train staff repeatedly asked him to move, he claimed he could not stand and needed a wheelchair.

据中新网报道，9月3日，国家公共信用信息中心公布8月份新增失信联合惩戒对象公示，新增因严重失信行为而限制乘坐火车严重失信人247人，“高铁霸座男”孙赫也在其中。自9月12日起，这些严重失信人员将在180天内限制乘坐所有火车席别。

Along with other 246 people, Sun He was placed on the social credits blacklist in August, which was issued on Monday by China's State Information Center of Public Credits. It means all trains across the country should forbid those on the list from buying tickets for 180 days starting Sept. 12.

事件曝光后，孙赫先后几次道歉，但态度却让人质疑：不仅拍摄过疑似嘲讽视频，微博账号还加了大V认证。

对于霸座男女这样蛮横且拒不认错的态度，网友们出离愤怒。

Chinese netizens seem to have little patience for train passengers who take seats that don’t belong to them and then stubbornly refuse to admit they’re wrong.

还有不少人认为对这二人的处罚过轻，对于“霸座”行为没有震慑力。

除了站出来谴责，还有很多人用嘲讽来表达自己的不满。

Apart from a few vengeful vigilantes, however, most netizens are reacting to these cases with mild and playful sarcasm.

不过，令人意想不到的是，“霸座女”的事情余波未平，又出来个“霸座大妈”！

微博上热传的视频显示，列车长劝了好久也没办法，大妈称：“年轻人站半个小时咋了？”“买这个座位你可倒霉了！”

其实，早在2017年，铁路部门就出台过相关举措↓↓↓

而对于屡禁不绝的霸座行为，除了网友乘客，媒体们的关注点则在于，是否能够及时有效的制止霸座行为。

《新京报》表示，对于这类举止惩罚要及时。“铁路警方应当采取有效手段，立刻处理扰乱秩序、不顾他人感受的乘客。”

A Beijing News report suggests the punishment should come in timeously to prevent such incidents happening again. "The railway police should take some effective actions immediately to deal with the passengers who disrupt order severely and disregard others," the report says.

央视给出的评论更为中肯：

高铁霸座绝不仅仅是道德问题，而是公然侵犯乘客合法权益、扰乱公共秩序的违法行为。既然是违法行为，乘警作为现场执法人员，就应该果断出手，坚决制止违法行为，不给霸座者成功“抢镜”的机会。
