弟兄姊妹们主内平安，今天我们分享的经文来自新约腓立比书（Philippians 2:1-4）
If you have any encouragement from being united with Christ, if any comfort from his love, if any fellowship with the Spirit, if any tenderness and compassion, then make my joy complete by being like-minded, having the same love, being one in spirit and purpose. Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit, but in humility consider others better than yourselves. Each of you should look not only to your own interests, but also to the interests of others.
所以在基督里若有什么劝勉，爱心有什么安慰，圣灵有什么交通，心中有什么慈悲怜悯，你们就要意念相同，爱心相同，有一样的心思，有一样的意念，使我的喜乐可以满足。凡事不可结党，不可贪图虚浮的荣耀，只要存心谦卑，各人看别人比自己强。各人不要单顾自己的事，也要顾别人的事。

（4）依靠；依赖；指望；求助于：

他希望得到他兄弟的帮助。

虽然腓立比教会在许多方面都可作众教会的榜样，且保罗也有理由亲切地称赞他们，但他们中间也有彼此不和的暗涌。有两个妇人--友阿爹和循都基--彼此有不同的意见（四2）。保罗在第二章，告诉了我们神子民间争论的原因和解决方法。
在基督里合一：保罗说：“我们在基督里既有这么多劝勉，衪的爱心既有这么大的说服力，圣灵既已使我们一起有这样奇妙的交通，基督信仰中既有这么多的慈悲怜悯，我们就应该彼此融洽相处。”显然保罗是根据信徒对基督共同的热爱、共同被圣灵掌管，恳求他们要合一。因着在基督里，衪身体的各肢体应有同一的意念、爱心、心思、意见。
意念相同的真正意思是有基督的意念，从衪的角度去看事物，按着衪的反应来作出反应。爱心相同意指对别人所显出的爱心，与主向我们所显的爱心相同，那是一种不计代价的爱。有一样的心思意思是向着同一个目标和谐地同工合作。最后，有一样的意念意思是有合一的行动，显出基督的心意正指挥着我们的活动。
争论的原因和解决方法：凡事总不可结党，不可贪图虚浮的荣耀，因为这两样是神子民合一的最大敌人。结党是要当领袖的一种欲望，且不计较代价如何。贪图虚浮的荣耀指骄傲或自我表现。每当你看见有人喜爱结集私党，或高举他们自己的主张，你就会发现争论和结党在萌芽。
3节下半部分提出补救的方法，只要存心谦卑，各人看别人比自己强。这不是说我们要看罪犯的道德比我们高，而是我们应不自私地为别人而活，把他们的利益放在我们自己之上。我们从神的话语中读到这样一个劝勉是很容易的事，但要了解其中的意义，并付诸实行又是另一回事。看别人比自己强的意念完全与人类的观念相反，我们也不能凭自己的力量去这样做。只有当我们有圣灵的内住和神赐的力量，我们才能做得到。最后，保罗提到，要解决神子民中间的问题，方法就是多关心别人的事，过于自己的事。我们若献出生命来服侍别人，便能超越人自私结党的心。
