弟兄姊妹们主内平安，今天我们分享的经文来自新约歌罗西书（Colossians3:18-25）
Wives, submit to your husbands, as is fitting in the Lord.Husbands, love your wives and do not be harsh with them. Children, obey your parents in everything, for this pleases the Lord.Fathers, do not embitter your children, or they will become discouraged. Slaves, obey your earthly masters in everything; and do it, not only when their eye is on you and to win their favor, but with sincerity of heart and reverence for the Lord. Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for men, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving. Anyone who does wrong will be repaid for his wrong, and there is no favoritism.
      你们作妻子的，当顺服自己的丈夫，这在主里面是相宜的。你们作丈夫的，要爱你们的妻子，不可苦待她们。你们作儿女的，要凡事听从父母，因为这是主所喜悦的。你们作父亲的，不要惹儿女的气，恐怕他们失了志气。你们作仆人的，要凡事听从你们肉身的主人，不要只在眼前侍奉，象是讨人喜欢的，总要存心诚实敬畏主。无论作什么，都要从心里作，象是给主作的，不是给人作的，因你们知道从主那里必得着基业为赏赐。你们所侍奉的乃是主基督。那行不义的，必受不义的报应，主并不偏待人。

（2）work for在…工作,为…而工作 work in在 ... 工作；work for 是指为谁工作，可以接具体的一个人或具体的一个公司。work in 通常接地点，也可以接company泛指在公司打工。
e.g.Miss Lin works for IBM.
林小姐在IBM工作。
I work in a computer company.
比较：
He works for a travel agency.
他替旅行社工作。
He works in a travel agency.
他在某旅行社上班。
（以上两句意思相同，均可译成“他任职于某旅行社。”）

基督信仰不单只是头脑的思维，而且也是可以实践在我们生活之中的。我们在世界之内，虽然不属于世界，但应该比世界上的人更懂得怎样生活，因为我们知道是为主而活。
      在这段经文里，保罗对三种家庭关系：一、丈夫与妻子;二、父母与子女;三、主人与奴仆，提出一些准则。在每一对关系里，双方都有责任彼此顺服与爱护，服从与鼓励，公平对待对方，并殷勤工作。
一、妻子与丈夫的配合（18～19）：在神的眼中，丈夫和妻子是平等的，没有谁比对方更优越，比对方拥有更多特权，而是男女因着不同的特质和角色，互相需要，彼此配搭。起初，神在造完亚当后，又造了夏娃来帮助他，为了让他们知道彼此相爱的奥秘，从中更明白什么是爱，什么是被爱。但作妻子的要顺服丈夫，这是清楚的教导，保罗描述这样互相配合是“相宜”的，意即“较好”；但妻子的顺服需要丈夫在丈夫的“爱顾”中才显得完全，因为，顺服若没有爱便成强权；爱没有顺服则有争辩。
  二、儿女与父母的相处（20～21）：儿女为父母所生，理应服从，正如神是我们的父，祂也喜悦我们顺服。但父母同样要有温和的态度，维护自己的尊严不一定要责骂；责骂可能会使儿女失去听从的志气，使他们不能讨主的喜悦。所以信主的儿女，应该以听从主的态度去尊敬父母，而信主的父母，亦应学习尊重儿女。
 三、仆人与主人的态度（三22～四1）：“仆人”很容易被视为卑微的职业，于是作仆人的很容易在工作上发泄自己的压抑，以致敷衍塞责；但仆人信主以后，应该知道他所服事的不单是人，更是主自己。虽然人的报酬可能不多，但主必将天上的基业赏赐我们。作主人的亦须公平，不要欺诈剥削，因为我们在天上的神面前，也不过是一个最微小的仆人而已。
      我们一起来祷告，亲爱的主耶稣，求你教导我们，不管在什么角色中都能有正确的态度，顺服人好像顺服主，服侍人好像服侍主，使我们能因此荣耀你的名。阿们！
