9分文章真得那么难模仿吗？

昨天分析了被大家评为6分,甚至5分的9分考官范文,今天继续分析Body2和结尾

文章回顾：

As most people spend a major part of their adult life at work, job satisfaction is an important element of individual wellbeing. What factors contribute to job satisfaction? How realistic is the expectation of job satisfaction for all workers?

Of course not everyone enjoys their work（CC&TR: 回答第2个问题,获得 satisfaction 很难）. Hard economic realities mean that many people have little choice in the kind of job they can get （CC&TR: 具体解释为什么很难: a. 选择小）. In some cases an employee is working in a job that suits neither their skills nor their personality（CC&TR: 具体解释为什么很难:b.因为选择小导致找到的工作不适合自己的技术和性格） . Some jobs are repetitive and boring, and labour relations may be poor and lead to resentment and insecurity rather than to job satisfaction （CC&TR: 上面b的并列,还有一些不适合的工作,很无聊,所以就会生气）.

结尾,展望一下未来:D 未来将如何应对这个问题

However, even though it is unlikely that all workers do feel happy in their work （但是,虽然大家不可能都喜欢自己的工作）. I think it is not unrealistic to promote more job satisfaction in any job（但是可以提高satisfaction）. If the factors identified above are implemented, then any job can be improved and more workers can feel greater degrees of job satisfaction (如果上面提到的限制都可以改善,那么satisfaction就会提高).
