美剧有很多，好看的美剧也不少，但是不是所有美剧都适合学习英语。今天小编就给大家推荐的《老友记》，非常适合学英语的美剧。
《老友记》1个片段的生词也就10个左右，每天学习3个片段的话，也就30个生词，这30个生词里面，可能有一半是你已经认识的，所以，半个小时，学习3个片段，完全不会有负担，即使你的英语水平不那么好也可以跟得上。
其次，《老友记》里的对白语法都不是很难，句子结构相对简单，更容易理解，作为口语练习的素材是再适合不过了。虽然对白不难，但是语速还是有一点快的（其实就是美国人正常的语速啦），所以也可能很好的帮助大家练习听力。
在学习的时候，你可以先把所有单词的发音都仔细听一遍，确保自己不会读错单词，然后再开始开口跟读，卡壳的地方再重复听句子，直到一个句子可以很顺畅的读下来，最后就是再听力测试环节练习自己的听力，看看哪个部分还是听不出来，重点再多听几遍，这样学习下来，基本一个片段都可以掌握了。每天不用多，学习3个片段就够了，重点是坚持，学习一季的《老友记》也就花20多天就够了，如果学完1季再学习其他季，你会发现好多单词你都认识了，而且你对每个演员的声音和说话习惯更熟悉，学起来就更轻松了。
如果大家能坚持3个月的时间，学习3季《老友记》，你的口语会非常好。听力也会有非常大的提高。我们虽然在学校也学习了多年英语，但是几乎全部是哑巴英语，这是因为我们花太多时间在书面英语的学习上了，反而忽略了口语的加强。相信《老友记》一定可以拯救你10几年没有学好的口语。
《老友记》的剧情非常搞笑，另外，每一集一个小故事，单独看也毫无违和感。剧情里面的事情也是我们平时会遇到的：停电，打牌，买彩票，装修，买房，几乎涵盖了生老病死所有事情了，是非常全面的素材，大家一定要学习哦。

你真不错/好！（老友记中极其常见的赞扬、表扬句型）23、Let me put it this way, we’re having sex whether you’re here or not. （主要是前半句中put的用法，这里put等于say；极其标准的口语说法）24、The more I worried about it, the more I couldn’t sleep.（the more……the more……越什么……就什么……；多学点这样的句型举一反三不论对口语还是写作都有帮助）25、We’re more than happy to give you recommendations.
