I  just talked to Kevin on the phone, I introduced myself and let him know that we met at a peel district school board meeting, and we all knew what happened to him I said that our Chinese community is very concerned about the issue, this is not only about one person, but also a big matter regarding whether a society permit the freedom of speech or not.

He said he was very grateful for our support, and they now want to send him to prison for two years, though it is not difficult to crack down the plot. Of course, he mentioned the issue of legal fees, probably 50K, and he welcomed any donation, said his father’s generation are immigrants working hard so that we have what we have today. I said just like you, I do not want to see anyone destroy our beautiful country. He said he would fight to the end, to the Congress, I told him we all support you. He expressed his willing to speak to our Chinese community. 

If anyone is concerned about the safety of online donation, you can send a check directly to him. I confirmed that he would

be able to receive the cheque at the address on his business card he gave to me. I was phoning him in the lunch room of my

company and I hung up when someone else came in. I

would confirm the detailed address with him later.
