暑假里，在图书馆的Story Time中，老师给每个小朋友发了一个小手帕，然后就给孩子们听了这么一首歌曲：

这是我第一次听到这首歌，旋律很美，孩子们跟随着美妙的旋律，用小手帕找到自己的身体部位，嘴里跟着哼哼"I like me"，一个个都是自豪满满的样子。回家后我在网上找到了这首歌，发现完整的歌词是不仅很押韵顺口，而且风趣幽默，唱一遍让人一下子就放松了。
歌词如下：

I Like Me
I like my skin
It's the house I'm living in
Well, it zips up tight
And it fits just right
So I like my skin
（大意：我喜欢我的皮肤，皮肤就是我居住的房子啊，嗯，我的皮肤对于我很适合，就像拉上拉链，大小正好，所以我喜欢我的皮肤。） skin, in ,tight, right押韵词唱起来很顺口。
And I like my nose
 I kinda like the way it blows
 It honks good and loud
And that draws a crowd
 So, I like my nose
（大意：我喜欢我的鼻子，喜欢擤鼻子时响亮的声音吸引来大众的目光，所以我喜欢我的鼻子。） nose, blows, loud, crowd两对儿押韵词。
Chorus:
 And I like me
 I’m an OK me to be!
 Though I’m not like you
 That’s OK too
'cause I like me
（这一段是合唱。我就是这么一个我，尽管我不像你那样，但是我觉得还行啊，因为我爱我自己！）
I like my lips
Hey, they're great for catching drips
And when I want a kiss
Well, I never miss
 Yes, I like my lips
（大意：我喜欢我的嘴唇，滴下来什么就能完美地接住什么；想要Kiss，就从来不会miss，所以我喜欢我的嘴唇。）lips押韵drips，Kiss亲吻，miss错过，这两个押韵词放在这里，很有意思。
And I like my knees
though they rattle when I sneeze
They just bend one way
But that's OK
'cause I like my knees
（大意：我喜欢我的膝盖，尽管我一打喷嚏，膝盖就咔嗒作响，屈膝站不稳，但是没关系，我喜欢我的膝盖。） knees, sneeze押韵词。
Chorus:
（重复合唱部分。）
Now, I like my feet
They get a good grip on the street
You might say they smell
But I think they're swell
'cause I like my feet
（大意：我喜欢我的脚丫子，走在路上，抓地特稳。你也许会说它们太臭了，但我觉得它们非常棒，因为我喜欢我的脚丫子。） feet和street, smell和swell也是押韵词，尤其是smell，swell非常接近的两个词，不要搞混哦。
And I like my hair
I'd like to grow it down to there
But then all I'd do
Would be shampoo!
Still, I like my hair
（我喜欢我的头发，我想让它尽情地长，虽然洗头发时需要很多洗发水，但是我仍然喜欢我的头发。）这句的押韵词为hair和there，do和shampoo.

（我喜欢我的心，这是我身体中最精密的中枢，是会分享，会关爱的部位。所以我喜欢我的心。）heart和 part, shares和cares两对儿押韵词。

怎么样？大家看完歌词，是不是觉得这是一个很自爱的“我”呢？“我”虽然没那么美，还经常臭烘烘地犯迷糊，但是I like me，“我”就是喜欢“我”，原生态纯天然的“我”！
绘本：

除了儿歌，孩子们经常读的绘本，也在向孩子们传递着自己爱自己的价值观。
Wiggle my toes是一本低幼绘本，很有意思的翻翻书，孩子一出生就可以读给Ta，孩子一岁左右会翻书页了，翻来翻去，特别好玩。



简简单单的几句话，但每句话都饱含怜爱的深情。小小的孩子，通过妈妈怜爱的话语和表情，感受到了自己是被爱的，是值得爱的，同时也发自内心地觉得自己拥有cute nose, pretty hair，哪怕鼻子有点塌，头发有点稀，那也还行啊，我依然自己爱自己。
I life myself，本书建议3-7岁的孩子读，我觉得在孩子青春期前读到这本书，无疑会对孩子产生非常正面的影响。
