What Is LEAP Job Express?
As a unique and one of the most popular elements at the LEAP Annual Conference, Job Express is a job interview “reality show” that offers an exclusive door to a pool of job openings, presents the real-life experience of face-to-face interview with a panel of executives and hiring managers from various sectors, and possibly helps land a job offer on the spot.
In the past, participating companies include 3M, BYD, China Telecom, Auxora, Qihua Capital, Novu Mind, etc. At LEAP 6.0, a few more new companies will join us.

How To Attend Job Express?
Step 1: Sign up LEAP 6.0 and submit your application
Register for LEAP 6.0 at http://bit.ly/leap_6 and email your resume and a brief cover letter to [email protected] with a title “Job Express Candidate” (Application Deadline: 10:00 PM, 11/05). No limitations on major, immigrant status, age, gender, or career status, etc.
Step 2: Receive the notification
The final decision will be notified to the up to 5 selected finalists via email.
Step 3: Attend the interview workshop
Finalists will be offered a free boot-camp before the event to receive winning tips and skills with experienced professionals on coaching winning tips and skills.
Step 4: Interview at the final pitch
On the event day, Job Express finalists will present a 15-minute pitch, including 3-minute elevator speech, 10-minute interview, and 2-minute feedback. Results will be announced on the spot.
