要表扬新奥本啊，这种visa availability的预测以前从来没有给过吧？

感觉这个段话就是专门说给老奥本的啊，就你天天直播做节目说"monthly average movement up to one month per month for China EB1". 哈哈哈

想请问一下，如果三月排期没有current，但四月排期current了，理论上最早要等到4月1号才能批卡吗？还是今天就可以批卡呢？谢谢！

批卡只看当前日历月的排期表。所以你的情况是4月1日-4月30日current，5月的情况还要等5月排期表。万一4月没批，5月排期倒退，就又被卡住了（呸呸呸）

印度EB1至今尚未收复去年22/2/1的失地……中国EB1按bugcy大神的分析，目前到22/9/1（即PD在22年8月底前的全部current），基本就是3303配额+1000 SO。感觉小奥本还是保守了。

有没有可能今年EB2还能进几天啊？之前怕黑洞，不敢降级。结果现在卡在EB2的A表还差几天，哭😭

B表已关，而且USCIS特意说明。本财年EB类排期估计不大可能再前进了
