Hong Kong Disneyland consists of the following seven themed areas: Adventureland, Fantasyland, Grizzly Gulch, Main Street U.S.A., Mystic Point, Tomorrowland and Toy Story Land. These areas feature themed attractions, entertainment and interactive experiences, restaurants, merchandise shops and refreshment stands. Additionally, there are daily parades and nighttime events. The Resort has three theme resort hotels: Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel, Disney Explorers Lodge and Disney’s Hollywood Hotel.

To date, Hong Kong Disneyland Resort has welcomed millions of Guests. Since 2006, Hong Kong Disneyland has ranked among the top five most popular places to visit in Hong Kong, according to the Hong Kong Tourism Board's annual Statistical Review.

2024 Summer Internship

1、2024 Summer Internship – Finance & Controllership

Hong Kong Disneyland Resort is now hiring Interns for Finance and Controllership Team. This is an amazing opportunity to work side-by-side with industry leaders in your field of study. The individuals will be able to build upon the skills they've learned in the classroom within a family of legendary brands passionate about creating world-class experiences on a global scale.

Responsibilities

Finance:

Prepare business update and analysis, provide commentary to support various internal stakeholders’ inquiries

Evaluate performance of current / past HKDL offerings and identify potential for improvement

Create and maintain data reports & performance dashboards to keep HKDL leaders informed of business performance

Controllership:

Assist in period-end closing and preparation of financial statements and performing assets controls over merchandise inventory and fixed assets

Assist in performing test of control for compliance of Sarbanes Oxley and external auditor requirement

Support the daily sustainment and coordinate the development of the Robotic Process Automation for different finance functions

Requirements

Current university students major in Finance, Accounting, Business or other relevant disciplines

Excellent command of English and Chinese, including both spoken Cantonese and Putonghua

Good at data analysis, Excel and PowerPoint skills

Have the right of abode in Hong Kong SAR

Available to commit 3 months full time internship from May to August 2024

Previous work experience at Disney theme parks will be considered as an added advantage

The individuals will be able to build upon the skills they've learned in the classroom within a family of legendary brands passionate about creating world-class experiences on a global scale.

Responsibilities

Support regular trainings and projects

Support recruitment activities from onsite interview arrangement to onboarding

Update and maintain required personal records in systems

Provide administrative support for any tasks assigned

Requirements

Current university students major in any disciplines

Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

Energetic, strong team-players and passionate about Disney

Have the right of abode in Hong Kong SAR

Available to commit 3 months full time internship from May to August 2024

Previous work experience at Disney theme parks will be considered as an added advantage
