Sunburst Psychology
Sunburst Psychology is a group practice that specializes in working with high-achieving individuals and couples in high-pressure industries. We provide individual therapy, couples therapy, and assessment to help those who never feel “good enough” and are exhausted from the constant worries to quiet down the mind to find real peace. We offer high-quality, collaborative, and customized mental health services to meet clients where they are with their own unique lived experiences and identities. 
Sunburst Psychology provides a variety of psychological services, including individual therapy, relationship therapy, psychological assessment, and workshops/trainings/consultation. We offer both in-person and virtual appointments. Our clinicians are relational and process-oriented, and we welcome clinicians with diverse training and work experiences.  
Position 1: Licensed Mental Health Clinician
Applicants who have experience working with perfectionism, are multilingual (especially Mandarin), or have lived/professional experiences in multilingual environments are strongly encouraged to apply. 

Duties and responsibilities:

-Provide professional and ethical clinical services to clients (25 clinical hours per week);

-Respond to emails, contacts, and requests from clients in a timely manner;

-Reliable and timely attendance to clinical sessions and non-clinical meetings (i.e. 1-on-1 meetings, supervision, staff meetings);

-Timely completion of clinical and other related tasks (clinical paperwork and administrative tasks); 

-Collaborate and coordinate with colleagues within and outside of the group practice for client care as needed;

-Adherence to all laws, rules, regulations, and codes of ethics;

-Maintain active and unrestricted license. 

Required qualifications:
-Masters or doctoral degree in clinical/counseling psychology, marriage and family, or clinical social work;

-Active and unrestricted license in the State of Washington (or in the states you wish to see clients in). These licenses include but not limit to licensed psychologist, LMHC, LMFT, LICSW;

-Strong clinical skills to provide quality mental health services;

-Experiences working with perfectionism, anxiety, trauma, and neurodiversity.

-Experiences providing mental health services to clients from diverse backgrounds and with diverse identities, including but not limited to immigrants, intercultural couples, queer folx, and racial minorities;

-Demonstrate a therapeutic niche or strong interest in developing a specialty;

-Demonstrate commitment to continuous learning and growth; especially in regards to awareness of bias and limitations;

-With resources needed to provide virtual services (electronic device, high-speed internet connection, private spaces without interruption);

-Demonstrate the following characteristics: strong interpersonal skills, reliable, detail-oriented, flexible, autonomous, proactive, people-oriented.

Preferred qualifications:
-Experience conducting clinical services utilizing a non-English language, especially Mandarin;

-Experience providing clinical services to couples;

-Experience providing specialized treatment modalities; 

-Ph.D or Psy.D in Clinical/Counseling Psychology, or more than 2 years of clinical experience post license; 

-Demonstrate in-depth understanding about intersectional identities and cultural diversities outside of the American context; 

-Demonstrate the following characteristics: honest, genuine, humble, kind, curious, committed, enthusiastic.

【Full-Time Research Specialist(来自Charlene导师)】

The Crockett Lab invites applications for a full-time Research Specialist position to begin in summer/fall 2024 at Princeton University (start date flexible). The position is for one year with a possibility of renewal. We will begin reviewing applications on 2/15/24 and continue until the position is filled. We are looking for applicants interested in studying social cognition using computational methods. Some of our current projects are investigating how narratives influence moral judgment and decision-making; how technology (e.g., social media, AI) impacts social cognition and behavior; how identity characteristics like gender become moralized; how social norms can help or hinder authentic self-discovery and expression; and how moral cognition culturally evolves.
The Research Specialist will contribute to all aspects of our lab’s research, including (1) developing research materials and programming experiments; (2) collecting human subjects data for behavioral and online studies; (3) analyzing behavioral and web scraped data; (4) recruiting and managing undergraduate research assistants; and (5) general lab research support (e.g., IRB management, equipment purchasing, organizing lab meetings and events, maintaining lab websites and digital infrastructures). The position is an excellent opportunity to gain multidisciplinary research experience. The ideal candidate will be interested in ultimately pursuing graduate study in psychology, cognitive science, computational social science, data science, or a related field.
The following qualifications are essential:
-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in psychology, cognitive science, data science, computer science, neuroscience, economics, statistics, mathematics, engineering or related field

-Excellent organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail
-Excellent interpersonal communication skills and experience working on a team

Louisiana Tech University
The Counseling Psychology Doctoral and Master’s Programs at Louisiana Tech University are seeking applications for a full-time, tenure-track Assistant Professor position to begin Fall 2024. The research area is open, with a preference for scholars whose research complements that of existing faculty and connects with research in other areas in the Department of Psychology and Behavioral Sciences. As a core faculty member in the counseling psychology doctoral and master’s programs, the selected individual will teach graduate courses and may teach undergraduate courses.
The appointment will be 100% time over the nine-month academic year (September to late May). Salary and start-up packages are competitive.
Qualifications
Requirements of the position include:
-A terminal degree in Psychology from an APA-accredited Counseling or Clinical Psychology Ph.D. program;

-Licensure or license eligibility in Louisiana;

-Completion of an APA-accredited internship;

-Ability to teach undergraduate and graduate courses in the candidate’s areas of research and expertise, as well as general professional courses in the counseling psychology doctoral and master’s curriculum;

Spelke Lab Summer Internship 2024
The Spelke Lab is seeking motivated students to assist with research in a developmental psychology laboratory for the summer in Cambridge, Massachusetts! Learn state of the art research methods that provide a window into the minds of infants, toddlers, and children. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested specifically in an intensive, immersive experience in the field of developmental psychology, but also in psychological research more generally.
Intern duties center around working on a project with a primary researcher, and include:
-recruiting and scheduling child participants and their families

-testing children in the lab or on Zoom

-data coding and analysis

-aiding in the design of new studies

In addition, interns will be invited to professional development workshops, lab meetings, and socials throughout the summer. Interns will present a scholarly poster to the Harvard community at the end of the summer showcasing the project they worked on.
Qualifications
An interest in and ability to work with young children is essential, and previous experience is a plus. Students must have a minimum of 20 hours a week to commit to the lab with a maximum of 35 hours a week for at least 10 weeks.

Intern Role Description

Integrated Psychological Center of Indiana
Position Description
Integrated Psychological Center of Indiana (IPCI) is a group psychology practice seeking a full-time licensed psychologist (25 patient hours per week) to join our team to provide services in the perinatal mental health arm of the organization. We are seeking a motivated, compassionate, collegial psychologist to specifically provide psychotherapy services with a passion for working with pregnant and postpartum patients. We are looking for someone who also has an interest in working in a group practice setting, and appreciates connection with other clinicians in a supportive work environment. Desirable candidates will share our mission and values of providing quality mental health care, being multiculturally-humble, and viewing health as an integration of all parts of the self.
The position will be an employee (W2) status, compensation is percentage based on income received, and is paid out bi-weekly. The psychologist is expected to have at least 25% their caseload comprised of perinatal mental health cases. The psychologist expected to panel with Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield, but credentialing is handled by the practice. There is an expectation for in-office work with 1 day virtual/work-from-home as part of regular schedule. There is flexibility for additional work-from-home arrangements as needs arise periodically.
Duties and Responsibilities
-Must be familiar with, or willing to be trained on, providing telemental health services.

-Serve a diverse range of clients

-Must become paneled with Anthem/Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance provider (credentialing is taken care of by the practice)

-Attend weekly clinician group meetings
-Complete documentation in a timely manner
-Maintain caseload requirements

-Collaborate with other providers within the group, as needed

-Correspond with referral sources to coordinate care

-Maintain case files within the Electronic Medical Record (EMR)

o 1) Run studies (mostly in lab but some field experiments; range from simple surveys,

SPARQ builds research-driven partnerships with industry leaders and changemakers to combat bias, reduce disparities, and drive culture change. We work in the areas of criminal justice, economic mobility, education, health, media, and technology. Our Faculty Co-Directors are Dr. Jennifer Eberhardt and Dr. Hazel Rose Markus; our Executive Director is Dr. MarYam Hamedani. 
Sample SPARQ projects include: using police body-worn camera footage as big data to quantify the impact of existing law enforcement practices on communities and identifying actionable ways to address racial disparities; developing and testing the impact of cultural narratives to combat the stigmatization and racialization of poverty and inequality; designing and evaluating strategies and tools to fight racial bias across domains (e.g., tech and social media, entertainment and television, finance and investment).
The Research Coordinator/Lab Manager will collaborate with SPARQ staff, faculty, and practitioner partners to support social psychological research that both creates new knowledge and addresses social problems. We are seeking candidates who love to be out in the world just as much as in the lab, are ready to roll up their sleeves to tackle complex social issues, and who thrive working as part of a collaborative team. 
Responsibilities
-Supporting the center’s day-to-day operations and research activities
-Selecting, training, and mentoring undergraduate research assistants

-Organizing lab meetings and events
