美国Realtor.com公布的202312月房地产市场数据显示,美国大多数主要城市的房价仍在继续上涨。高额的房贷利率使得买房成本上升,但从去年12月至今房地产市场仍旧火爆。

🟣 全国待售房屋挂牌中位数季节性下降,从11月的42万美元降至41万美元,与去年同期相比,标价中位数保持相对稳定,增长了1.2%
🟢 虽然与前年相比,房屋上市价格中位数保持相对稳定,但与前年12月相比,贷款利率暴涨,与一年前相比,80%的典型房屋的每月融资成本增加了约123美元(+6.1%)。
🔵 这使购买中位数房屋所需的家庭收入被要求增加4,900美元,至少达到85,664美元,还未算入税和保险的成本。
