On the shores of the Landwasser River in Switzerland, a three-hour drive from Zurich, a small town lies quietly in the Rhaetian Alps, between the Plessur and Albula Ranges. Gaining prominence in the 19th century as a mountain health resort, Davos has one of Switzerland's largest ski resorts, and hosts the international Spengler Cup ice hockey tournament each December. Nowadays, Davos is perhaps best known for hosting the World Economic Forum—often referred to simply as "Davos"—an annual meeting of global political and corporate leaders.

The second Davos Global Fund of Funds Summit will also start in Davos, Switzerland on January 17, 2024. The summit will be hosted by the Global FOF Association.
本届峰会，是全球母基金行业久违的一次多边对话，将邀请百余位全球母基金与基金行业的重量级人物共聚一堂，共同商议跨越经济周期的奥秘，展望全球母基金行业发展的未来。在本届峰会上，全球母基金协会将重磅发布“2023全球最佳投资机构榜单”。此前，全球母基金协会已经连续四年发布年度全球最佳投资机构榜单，榜单由全球母基金协会邀请欧美、中东等地区的投资协会推荐、评比打分选出。
This summit will serves as a multilateral dialogue in the global fund of funds industry. At this summit, the Global FOF Association will release the "2023 World's Best Investment Institutions List". Previously, the Global FOF Association has released its annual list of the world's best investment institutions for four consecutive years. The first Davos Global Fund of Funds Summit was widely recognized by the global private equity investment industry: On January 21, 2020, the first Davos Global Fund of Funds Summit hosted by the Global FOF Association concluded successfully at the Davos Hotel in Switzerland. At the summit, the first annual list of the world's best investment institutions was released.
在首届达沃斯全球母基金峰会上，全球母基金协会成立仪式成功举行。全球母基金协会于2019年12月12日在瑞士合法注册，并由来自包括美国、欧盟、中国等八个国家和地区的11家当地领先的股权投资类及母基金类行业协会联合发起。创新工场董事长兼首席执行官李开复，香港创业及私募投资协会中国委员会主席曾光宇，达沃斯世界经济论坛顾问、INSEAD创新与企业管理系终身教授罗小薇，长江商学院助理院长、欧洲首席代表季波，GroveStreet管理合伙人Bruce Ou，瑞中经济协会主席Felix Sutter，UBS Group AG董事总经理Thomas Bögli，欧亚论坛主席Ailian Zhu等为全球母基金协会的成立剪彩。
At the first Davos Global FOF Summit, the founding ceremony of the Global FOF Association was successfully held. The Global FOF Association was jointly launched by 11 leading associations of equity investment and fund of funds industry from the United States, the European Union, China, etc.Kai-fu Lee, chairman and CEO of Sinovation Ventures, Guangyu Zeng, chairman of the China Committee of the Hong Kong Venture Capital and Private Equity Association, Xiaowei Luo, consultant to the World Economic Forum in Davos and tenured professor of Entrepreneurship and Family Enterprise at INSEAD, Ji Bo, assistant dean of Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business and chief European representative, Bruce Ou, managing partner of GroveStreet, Felix Sutter, chairman of the Swiss-Chinese Chamber of Commerce, Thomas Bögli, managing director of UBS Group AG, Ailian Zhu, chairman of the EurAsia Forum, and others attended the ceremony.

As the opening conference of the global fund of funds industry in 2020 and the first multilateral dialogue of the global fund of funds industry, the first Davos Global Fund of Funds Summit allows the world to hear more "Chinese voices" and witness the rise of the Chinese investment community, especially of the fund of funds industry.
