Tom R. Tom Ginsburg，芝加哥大学Malyi机构和法律完整性研究中心主任、Leo Spitz国际法杰出服务教授、Ludwig and Hilde Wolf研究学者、政治学教授。Ginsburg教授的《民主政体与国际法》荣获两项最佳著作奖；与Aziz Z. Huq合著的《如何拯救宪政民主》荣获国际宪法学会最佳著作奖；《新民主政体中的司法审查》荣获美国宪法学会 C. Lee Epstein

Herbert M.
