乡村振兴与再生 (R3)是一项旨在促进农村地区全面复兴和可持续发展的战略。它不仅关注农村地区的经济发展，还强调社会、环境和文化的进步。本次竞赛项目地点位于中国浙江省武义县山下鲍村，竞赛在设计流程和施工技术等方面没有任何限制。参赛选手们提交的方案应从红线范围内选择，并考虑与周围环境的关系。设计需要尊重当地文化与建筑风貌，思考如何将现代技术与乡村历史文化进行融合，并提出与乡村保护与活化利用相适应的未来发展策略。

The R3 (Rural Revitalization and Regeneration) is a strategic initiative aimed at promoting comprehensive rejuvenation and sustainable development in rural areas. It focuses not only on the economic development of rural regions but also emphasizes progress in social, environmental, and cultural aspects. The project is located in Shanxiabao Village, Wuyi County, Zhejiang Province, China. The proposed designs should be selected within the designated area and consider their relationship with the surrounding environment. Designers are expected to respect local culture and architectural character, contemplate the integration of modern technology with rural history and culture, and propose future development strategies that align with rural conservation and revitalization.

如何介入乡村进行建筑设计？如何着手开展本次竞赛？本次我们邀请到了竞赛评委之一、浙江大学建筑工程学院副院长、建筑设计及其理论研究所所长贺勇老师作为我们的访谈嘉宾。对于乡村遗产保护的意义、建筑师如何介入乡村进行设计、如何着手进行本次竞赛设计、山下鲍村落内不同群体关注的内容等问题进行了阐述，给参赛者和其他想介入乡村的年轻建筑师带来很多启示。作为评委之一，他也表达了本次竞赛想传递的观念，如产业发展、年轻人的回归、人心的激活等，也希望本次竞赛能促使乡村在全面复兴和可持续发展的历程中迈出重要一步。

How to intervene in rural architectural design? How to start this competition? We invited one of the jury of the competition, He Yong, Vice Dean of the School of Architecture and Engineering at Zhejiang University, and Director of the Institute of Architectural Design and Theoretical Research, as our interviewee. He elaborated on issues such as significance of rural heritage protection, how architects can get involved in rural design, how to get started with the competition design, and the concerns of different groups within the Shangxiaobao village, bringing many insights to the participants and other young architects who want to get involved in rural areas. As one of the judges, he also expressed the ideas that the competition wants to convey, such as industrial development, the return of young people, and the activation of people’s hearts. He also hopes that the competition will help rural areas take forward an important step in the process of comprehensive revitalization and sustainable development.

延期通知：R3竞赛日期调整

Announcement: R3 Competition Date Adjustment

Dear participants and stakeholders,

We are pleased to announce that, due to the organizing committee’s arrangements and considering the participants’ needs, all future schedules of the R3 competition will be postponed by one month. The specific date adjustments are as follows:

The registration deadline and submission deadline, originally set for December 20th, will be extended to January 20th.

The review period, originally scheduled from December 21st to January 15th, will be extended to January 21st to February 15th.

The announcement of results, previously planned for January 15th, will now be made on February 15th.

This adjustment aims to provide participants with more time and flexibility to prepare and submit their works. We understand the significance of this competition and hope that each participant will have ample opportunity to showcase their talent and creativity.

We encourage all participants to continue their efforts and submit their works within the new deadlines. The jury will diligently review all submissions during the extended review period and announce the final results.

乡村振兴与再生（R3）是一项旨在促进农村地区全面复兴和可持续发展的战略。它不仅关注农村地区的经济发展，还强调社会、环境和文化的进步。R3 设计竞赛的初衷是制定一项以 "批判性地区主义"（又称 "情境主义"）为导向的设计战略，旨在提出一个与当地文化、当地建筑语言、当地环境和经济密切相关的项目和设计。通过整合资源、改善基础设施、激励创新和建立社区共享，但同时不改变地方特色和文化原创性。本次竞赛采用开放式命题，要求参赛者围绕山下鲍村区域的旅游资源，在对门山自然村中的红线范围内，自选地块，以多元化角度提出符合R3理念的设计。在设计过程中，需要考虑山下鲍村的文化资源、已有建筑语言、地方城市特色等条件。

R3竞赛邀请有志于可持续乡村振兴的建筑师、设计师、规划师、学生和参赛者，利用山下鲍村的文化和历史资源，创造一个促进文化交流和传承的空间，带动当地手工艺产业和可持续旅游业的发展。提交的作品类型不限，可以是单户住宅、多户建筑、公共建筑、适应性结构、临时居住体验等任何规模的建筑。竞赛在设计流程和施工技术等方面没有任何限制。提交的方案应从红线范围内选择，并考虑与周围环境的关系。设计需要尊重当地文化与建筑风貌，思考如何将现代技术与乡村历史文化进行融合，并提出与乡村保护与活化利用相适应的未来发展策略，该策略也将作为项目评估的关键要素之一。最终的建筑或构筑物等物质性空间设计，需要由发展策略为驱动前提，在图纸中说明设计的原因与意图。

场地信息

Site Information

项目地点位于中国浙江省武义县山下鲍村。这是一个历史悠久、建筑独特的村庄，至今已有 300 多年的历史。由于其独特的文化和历史价值，山下鲍村被列入首批中国传统村落名录，并获得国家级保护和认定。项目地点位于山下鲍村行政管辖范围内的对门山自然村，沿山径上行可以到达。当前实际居住的人口较少，空置率高，部分房屋存在严重的结构问题，未来计划更新，发展旅游及民宿产业。要求在对门山自然村区域内任选一块场地，自定义尺寸。允许将选择地块上的已有建筑拆除，创建一个虚拟地块阐述设计理念。或在该范围内进行有限度地拆除，但需要尊重原始地形地貌。
