大会上，200余家全球知名企业共商合作、共叙友谊、共谋发展，龙岗区洽谈签约重点产业项目超50个，洽谈签约金额超千亿元。深圳市政府党组成员、副市长，龙岗区委书记张礼卫，龙岗区委副书记、区长王策飞，深圳市商务局党组成员袁晓方，龙岗区领导吴书坤、龚祖兵、谷更军、易玉琨、游宇等出席大会。
王策飞在致辞中表示，龙岗区是深圳的产业大区，培育壮大以华为、比亚迪为代表的行业领军企业，连续五年居全国工业百强区榜首，是企业成长发展的沃土。当前龙岗正处于加快建设现代化国际化创新型深圳东部中心的关键时期，前景美好、未来可期。他向与会的企业家、各行业精英发出诚挚邀请，热切期盼大家更多关注龙岗、投资龙岗、扎根龙岗。

今年以来，龙岗区大力推动招商稳商“一号工程”，围绕“IT+BT+低碳”三大主导产业，落地了一批创新能力强、带动能力大、质量效益优的产业项目。
在电子信息方面
围绕建设世界级电子信息产业集群承载区，引进了比亚迪全球研发中心等项目；
在生物医药方面
高标准建设宝龙生物药创新发展先导区，引进了法国达索创新中心等项目；
在绿色低碳方面
依托深圳国际低碳城，引进了宁德时代电服湾区总部等项目，全力打造万亿级绿色低碳产业集群承载区。

深圳绿色建筑密度全国居首
11月23日，2023年可持续建筑环境亚太地区会议（SBE23 Asia-Pacific）在深圳市龙岗区天安云谷开幕。记者从会上获悉，深圳绿色建筑总面积超过1.8亿平方米，绿色建筑密度全国第一，深圳绿色建筑发展竞争力指数位居中国大中城市首位。
与此同时，会议发布了“全球可持续建筑环境亚太地区会议深圳倡议”，呼吁共商共建绿色低碳智慧共同体，推动实现“地球村”的可持续发展，共筑美丽地球家园。
SBE23 Asia-Pacific由深圳市人民政府主办，深圳市住房和建设局、深圳市发展和改革委员会、深圳市龙岗区人民政府承办，深圳市绿色建筑协会作为执行单位。会议主题为“发展绿色建筑 创建净零地球”，聚焦建筑领域“碳达峰、碳中和”实施路径，涵盖碳中和与气候适应性、近零碳城市、近零能耗建筑、建筑低碳方法与工具、市场与政策、绿色建筑高质量发展等有关议题。
SBE23 Asia-Pacific汇聚了来自中国、新加坡、印度尼西亚、马来西亚、日本、德国、英国、澳大利亚、瑞士、加拿大等海内外绿色建筑与可持续建筑环境领域的院士专家、资深学者、行业领袖、青年菁英，共同交流最新科技成果、发展趋势、成功案例。SBE23 Asia-Pacific旨在打造国际化、产业化和专业化的高端行业会议，为可持续建筑环境发展探寻新的道路，并对接建筑全产业链的国内国际市场，产生交流与合作的硕果。
记者了解到，作为中国首批低碳试点城市，深圳已率先打造不同种类的近零碳示范场景，通过从建筑、能源、交通、产业等多方面发力树立中国城市降碳标杆。
作为中国最早推动绿色建筑的城市之一，也是最早探索生态城市建设的城市之一，目前深圳的绿色建筑总面积超过1.8亿平方米，绿色建筑密度全国第一，重点区域新建建筑中高星级绿色建筑占比已达到80%，率先形成高星级绿色建筑规模化聚集区，城市绿色建筑发展竞争力指数位居中国大中城市首位。
会议还发布了“全球可持续建筑环境亚太地区会议深圳倡议”，全体与会代表以“发展绿色建筑”为基础，提出“营造健康宜居的人居环境”“打造净零城市”“加快绿色技术融合创新”“促进人与自然和谐共生”“推进‘净零地球’运动”等五条倡议，呼吁共商共建绿色低碳智慧共同体，推动实现“地球村”的可持续发展，共筑美丽地球家园。

There is only one Earth for humanity, and the Earth is our homeland, carrying our shared dreams, interests, and values. The sustainable built environment is an important component of the homeland, therefore it is imperative to make use of green buildings to build our beautiful home.
今天，我们，创立“可持续建筑环境会议”的国际机构代表，亚太以至全球各地可持续建筑环境领域专家学者、业界同仁和政府人士，基于“发展绿色建筑，创建净零地球”的共识，倡议大力推动亚太地区乃至全球绿色建筑的可持续发展。
Today, we, as representatives from the SBE conference, as well as experts, scholars, industrial peers and government leaders in the field of sustainable built environment, propose the sustainable development of green buildings in the Asia Pacific region and around the world based on the consensus of “Creating a Net-Zero Earth! We Think! We Act!”.

We propose to create a healthy, livable and sustainable human living environment through green building development. In support of the United Nations 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, we shall work together to enhance the high-level planning of green buildings and ecological cities. Taking green buildings as the basic unit of urban development to drive demonstration and scalable projects, we strive to build livable, healthy, inclusive and green living environments, to promote sustainable urban development and improve quality of life.
我们倡议以发展绿色建筑打造净零城市。共同推进实现亚太以至全球各地“碳中和”目标，将绿色低碳理念贯彻落实到建筑设计、建设、运营全过程。充分利用绿色基建、绿色能源、绿色交通等领域建设，提升城市整体生态效益。通过绿色规划设计与空间复合利用，打造以人为本、健康惠民、韧性安全的净零城市。
We propose to create net-zero carbon cities through green building development. In support of meeting the respective “carbon neutral” targets of cities in the Asia Pacific region and around the world, we shall adopt green concepts throughout the entire process of building design, construction, operation and maintenance. We shall maximize the benefits of green infrastructure, green energy and green transportation to enhance the overall ecological benefits of urban development. By combining green planning and design with mixed and optimized use of space, we aim to create net-zero carbon cities that are people-centric, healthy, inclusive, resilient and safe.
我们倡议以发展绿色建筑加快绿色低碳技术融合创新。共同推进绿色低碳技术与数字化技术的深度融合创新，充分利用大数据、人工智能、智慧建筑、数字孪生城市等领域先进科技创新成果，引领未来城市发展。同时以绿色建筑作为产业升级的重要助推器，促进现代建筑业绿色创新转型，推动新建筑活动与新兴市场，推动新一轮的绿色革命。
We propose to accelerate the integration and innovation of green technologies through green building development. We shall capitalize on the integration and innovation of green and digital technologies to lead future urban development through the means of big data, artificial intelligence, smart buildings, digital twin cities and other fields. We shall also take advantage on green buildings to boost industrial upgrading, promote green innovation and transformation, and drive new building activities, emerging markets, and a new round of green revolution.
我们倡议以发展绿色建筑促进人与自然和谐共生。以生物多样性国际公约及昆蒙框架为指引，协同创新绿色建筑发展模式，加强对生物多样性的保护，促进建筑与自然生态的有机联结，营造绿色低碳生态社区，实现人与自然和谐共生。
We propose to promote the harmonious coexistence between human and nature through green building development. Guided by the United Nations Convention on Biological Diversity and the Kunming-Montreal Global Biodiversity Framework, we shall collaborate to innovate development models of green buildings to strengthen biodiversity protection, promote the organic integration of buildings and ecology, create green communities, and achieve harmonious coexistence between human and nature.
我们倡议以发展绿色建筑推进“净零地球”运动。“净零地球”运动旨在实现绿色建筑理念相通，形成国际社会共识，促进跨域交流合作，提升全球建筑行业的凝聚力和影响力。同时倡导绿色低碳行为，履行社会责任，积极开展提高全社会环保意识的活动，加强社会上下对绿色发展理念的共识，影响更多人、企业、团体及组织参与并共同实现“净零地球”愿景。
We propose to promote a “Net-Zero Earth” movement with green building development. The “Net-Zero Earth” movement aims to build international consensus to achieve convergence of green building concepts, encourage cross-boundary exchanges and cooperation, and enhance the cohesion and influence of the building industry. We shall also promote green behaviors to instill civic-mindedness and actively organize activities that can raise environmental awareness. These will strengthen consensus of green development in communities, and inspire more people, enterprises, social groups and organizations to join us and achieve our “Net-Zero Earth” vision.
发展绿色建筑，创建健康宜居可持续的人居环境、绿色社区和街区、零碳城市、净零地球，需要全人类的共同努力。让我们携起手来，互学互鉴分享经验，互联互通协调行动，互帮互助深化合作，共商共建绿色低碳智慧共同体，推动“地球村”可持续发展，共筑人类的美丽地球家园！
Developing green buildings to create a healthy, livable, and sustainable human living environment, green communities, zero carbon cities and a net-zero Earth requires the joint effort of all humanity. Let us join hands to learn from each other, share experience, coordinate actions, and deepen exchanges and cooperation so as to build a green and smart global community. Let us strengthen the sustainability of our “Global Village”, and together we will build a beautiful home for humankind!
