Lawrence Gostin，乔治城大学Linda D. and Timothy J. O'Neill全球卫生法教授，奥尼尔国家和全球卫生法研究所的负责人及创始主席。Gostin教授目前与拜登政府以及世卫组织、世界银行和全球疫苗免疫联盟等机构密切合作，共同应对 COVID-19。2016年，奥巴马总统任命其为总统国家癌症咨询委员会委员，负责向国家提供癌症预防的研究与政策方案。Gostin教授推动了美国的法律改革计划，包括起草《示范州紧急卫生权力法案》和世界卫生组织的重要报告《推进健康权：法律的重要作用》。他提出的《全球卫生框架公约》作为联合国全球运动的一部分，得到了联合国秘书长和联合国艾滋病规划署主任的认可。

Scott Burris，天普大学法学教授，公共卫生法研究中心主任，兼任天普大学公共卫生学院教授。Burris教授的卫生法职业生涯始于艾滋病流行初期。Burris教授作为美国公民自由联盟的律师，花费数年时间为艾滋病毒感染者游说和提起诉讼。自1991年加入天普大学以来，Burris研究重点是法律如何影响公共卫生和健康行为。Burris教授曾担任诸多国际组织和团体的顾问，包括联合国开发计划署、世界卫生组织、联合国毒品和犯罪问题办公室、医学研究所等。Burris教授曾是澳大利亚国立大学访问学者和开普敦大学法学院的富布赖特研究员。Burris教授隶属于耶鲁大学艾滋病跨学科研究中心，并担任清华大学艾滋病研究所、上海社会科学院艾滋病公共政策研究中心和莫纳什大学生物伦理学项目的顾问。2014年，Burris教授获得美国公共卫生协会法律部门终身成就奖，2018年获得杰伊·希利卫生法教授奖。
