我们是哥大全球（Columbia Global）的重要组成部分。哥大全球成立于2022年7月，汇集了哥大全球中心、哥大世界项目、哥大全球思想委员会、哥大思想与想象研究所等校级全球战略和举措，致力于增进知识、促进全球参与，共同应对复杂的全球挑战。
Columbia Global Centers | Beijing is part of a network of 11 global centers of Columbia University in the City of New York, one of the world's leading academic institutions. For over a decade, the Beijing Center has served as a regional hub in East Asia, creating spaces for dialogue, collaboration, and knowledge exchange between Columbia and China's top academics and leaders, contributing to solutions for global challenges and fostering cross-cultural understanding.

We are part of Columbia Global, established in July 2022, which brings together major initiatives from across the university to advance knowledge and foster global engagement to address complex global challenges. As of July 2023, Columbia Global comprises the Columbia Global Centers, Columbia World Projects, the Committee on Global Thought, and the Institute for Ideas and Imagination.

工作职责 Responsibilities
  • 负责哥大全球中心项目和活动的策划、执行等全过程，确保项目活动以高质量呈现；
  • 配合哥大全球中心项目团队，共同开发新的长线项目;
  • 存档、维护项目数据库及其他重要文档；
  • 负责、监督中心项目和活动的预算;
  • 实时跟进项目和活动的进度，并对其结果进行评估;
  • 维护、拓展与本地学术机构、部门、企业的合作伙伴关系，加强其与哥大全球中心和哥伦比亚大学的学术交流与合作；
  • 维护、拓展与哥伦比亚大学各学院、部门和哥大全球（Columbia Global）网络的高质量沟通、合作和联系；
  • 代表哥大全球中心出席相关内部和外部会议；
  • 根据哥大全球中心和哥大全球（Columbia Global）的目标和使命，完成布置的其他任务。
  • Spearheading the implementation of programs and events from inception to completion, ensuring the execution of tasks at the highest level of quality;
  • Working with the programming team to develop new programs and grant opportunities;
  • Developing and maintaining program-related databases;
  • Monitoring and being responsible for the budgets of programs and events;
  • Conducting program evaluations and assessing the progress of ongoing programs;
  • Identifying and developing local partnerships in Beijing to enhance the academic relationship with various schools and departments of Columbia University;
  • Working and liaising with units of Columbia University and the network of Columbia Global Centers;
  • Representing the Center as appropriate in internal and external meetings;
  • Performing other duties as required to meet the goals and mission of Columbia Global Centers | Beijing and Columbia Global.

能力要求 Qualifications
  • 相关领域学士及以上学历；
  • 优秀的中英文口语和书面表达能力;
  • 优秀的人际交往和沟通能力，具有与多种团队、部门共事的经验，能够与多领域合作伙伴和大学内外的合作伙伴一起工作；
  • 丰富的项目管理经验，持有PMP认证者优先；
  • 能够在国际多元文化环境中独立工作；
  • 注重细节、准确性，并具有出色的组织能力；
  • 作为团队一员，能够适应快节奏的工作环境，具有独立的判断力和保密能力；
  • 优秀的计算机技能，包括Excel和PowerPoint的应用。
  • Bachelor's degree and above in a relevant field; 
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in Chinese and English;
  • Strong relationship builder and communicator with experience liaising with diverse work teams, ability to engage cross-functional partners and partner with diverse interests across university settings and beyond;
  • Extensive experience in project management, PMP certification is a plus;
  • Ability to function independently in an international multi-cultural environment;
  • Must be highly detail-oriented, accurate, and have superb organizational skills;
  • Must be able to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment, exercise good judgment, and maintain confidentiality;
  • Excellent computer skills, including knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
