澳洲新闻集团11月20日报道称，澳洲购物者正为一年一度的“黑五”促销活动做准备。Westfield则公布了黑色星期五周末的营业时间，悉尼多个华人区的门店当天营业时间长达11小时。
从周五开始，全国各地的购物中心将一直营业到晚上，最繁忙的门店将一直营业到午夜。
悉尼西区和内西区的购物中心将一直营业到周五晚上9点，Bondi和Chatswood门店将在当天晚上10点关门。
Parramatta门店将是新州周五营业时间最长的门店，营业时间接近15个小时。
墨尔本的一些Westfield门店也将营业到晚上10点，而昆州、首都领地、南澳和西澳的门店将在晚上9点关门。
