BD/Sales Lead
(Co-founder)
Responsibility Include:
  • Drive our sales and business development efforts, establishing and growing key industry relationships;
  • Lead and mentor our sales team, providing strategic direction and support;
  • Collaborate with co-founders to set sales goals, strategies, and plans.
Required skills:
  • Proven experience in the SaaS industry, Auto Retailing, or both;
  • A well-established network in either or both of these industries;
  • Exceptional communication skills with a knack for influencing decision-makers;
  • A dynamic and aggressive sales personality, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets;

Junior BD/Sales
(Commission based)
Responsibility Include :
  • Conduct research to identify potential customers that can benefit from our SaaS solutions;
  • Utilize various tools, platforms, and networking channels to generate leads and build a strong pipeline;
  • Engage in outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
Required skills:
  • Prior experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles is preferred;
  • Knowledge of the SaaS industry and automotive industry, specifically car dealerships, is a plus;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with prospects and build relationships;
  • Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner;

  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets;
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team;
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track progress.

Software Development
Engineer 
Responsibility Include:
  • Design and Build complicated Workflow, Understanding the user(dealership) behavior and deliver slick experience;
  • Responsible for preparing the technical design of the components within the module (one or more of client/web presentation tier, server tier, data access and data model, integration component, package function customization);
  • Contribute to designing and implementing the build, release process as well as system configuration and deployment characteristics of the application;
  • Implement (hands-on) the module components based on prevailing Framework and Open-source standards & their best practices.
Required skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or relevant fields;
  • 2+ years experience in a software development role;
  • Proficiency with JavaScript, HTML, HTML5, CSS, Vue.js, Java, Spring Boot;
  • Experience in open-source JS library in real-world projects;
  • Experience in one of the popular databases, preferably MongoDB;
  • Strong understanding of XML, JSON, DOM, and W3C standards;
  • Understanding of basic Rest Principles;
  • Excellent understanding of performance and optimization techniques;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment;
  • Experience with Network Safety/A/B test/Distributed System/Machine Learning/popular cloud providers like AWS is a big plus.

Product Manager
Responsibility Include:
  • Take leadership over critical projects. Execute on a product roadmap while working with offshore resources and coordinating with internal/external stakeholders to manage expectations and timelines;
  • Drive product lifecycle from requirement definitions, research, metrics analysis, technical specifications, development, testing, KPIs, and other launch efforts;
  • Define vision and strategies for your product family, use domain expertise, internal and external best practices, identify market opportunities, build business cases, and approve objectives;
  • Build collaborative relationships with key partners by driving priorities aligned to business goals, communicating, and prioritizing product roadmaps, and gaining buy-in from executive leadership.
Required skills:
  • 2+ years of product management (software) experience for a scaling organization;
  • You are exceptionally curious about new SaaS products. You deeply understand how customers (auto dealerships) think;
  • Preferred Background and professional knowledge in automotive/software/retailing/eCommerce or related;
  • Experience building complex enterprise-level B2B software is a plus;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
