An unexpected surge in the demand for "sudden death prevention packages", which consist of various bundles of health products, has ignited a craze among young people. 
This trend has emerged in response to the continuously rising work pressure and fast-paced lifestyles, sparking numerous discussions among internet users.
网传的“防猝死套餐”管用吗?
国家心血管病中心统计,我国每年心源性猝死者高达55万人。值得注意的是,不少医生曾在采访中表示,当前发生心源性猝死的患者中,中青年比例逐年上升。甚至,有医生称,“遇到过最年轻的猝死患者只有20多岁。”
The National Cardiovascular Disease Center reports that China experiences approximately 550,000 cases of sudden cardiac death annually. Interviews with doctors highlight a concerning trend: an increasing number of young and middle-aged individuals are affected by this condition, with cases occurring in patients as young as their twenties.
那走红网络的“防猝死套餐”真的能保命吗?
据广州日报消息,多名专家表示
其并不能预防猝死
因为猝死多与心血管疾病有关,保健食品的作用只是保健辅助,并不具备治疗的临床作用。另外,服用过量的保健品,还会对心脏、肝脏、肾脏等产生损伤。
Several experts have stated that "sudden death prevention packages" lack scientific validity. Sudden death is typically linked to cardiovascular diseases, and health supplements primarily serve as supplementary measures without clinical therapeutic effects. Additionally, excessive supplement intake can cause damage to organs like the heart, liver, and kidneys.
广州市红十字会医院药学部主任张述耀介绍,“保健品可以作为健康生活方式的一部分,但不能替代均衡饮食和健康生活方式,滥用保健品的危害远超大家想象。”
长沙市第三医院药学部副主任刘丽华则解释称,在医学上有一种名为“安慰剂效应”的说法,也就是在人们花了比较昂贵的价格购买了相关药品(保健品)后,从心理上产生一种认同感,“我买的东西是有效的。”
Zhang Shuyao, Director of the Pharmacy Department at Guangzhou Red Cross Hospital, underscores that health supplements are complementary to a healthy lifestyle but can't replace a balanced diet. Overuse can have greater harm than expected.

Liu Lihua, Deputy Director of the Pharmacy Department at Changsha Third Hospital, notes the "placebo effect" in medicine, where spending more on drugs or supplements can psychologically boost one's belief in their effectiveness.
2023年8月,来自北京安贞医院的宋现涛、邢浩然等发表一项研究显示,青年人群猝死主要与不良生活方式有关。其中常见的原因有:
1. 过度劳累 Overwork or excessive fatigue.

2. 精神刺激 Mental stimulation.
3. 饱餐 Overeating or having a full meal.
4. 饮酒 Drinking alcohol.
5. 大量吸烟 Heavy smoking or smoking in large quantities.
6. 寒冷 Cold or chilly.
其中,长期慢性疲劳以及精神紧张处于应激状态,是无明确既往病史青年人猝死的重要诱因。根据研究和专家们的建议,以下是一套有效的“防猝死方法”。
别再熬夜、别吃太饱、戒掉烟酒、别太劳累、别再久坐、遇事冷静、减少抑郁、运动适量、认真吃饭、好好睡觉…… 虽是“废话”,但很管用。
Experts stress that persistent chronic fatigue and ongoing mental stress are significant factors contributing to sudden death in young individuals without prior medical issues. 
To reduce this risk, steer clear of late nights, overeating, smoking, excessive drinking, fatigue, and prolonged sitting. Instead, focus on stress management, moderate exercise, mindful eating, and ensuring adequate sleep. Despite its familiarity, this advice yields substantial benefits.
