2023项目式学习全系统培训于2023年5月底在北京探月学院结束，参加此次培训的学员来自全球各地（很多中国外教参加），DLC小伙伴们能与这么一批优秀的、有着相同教育目标和追求的教育者同行，倍感荣幸。同时，看到大家在教育创新上的热情，我们也深受感动。正是由于每一位教育者在当下的一小步，才能促进创新教育在未来的一大步。
借此离别之际留言，DLC全体成员愿与大家共思共勉。

简介：
PST是美高科高，面向K12各科教师打造的PBL全系统培训，时长为三天。由于疫情影响，过去三年DLC联合美高科高导师为中国教师提供B端的定制线上培训服务。2023年全球疫情结束，培训首次回归线下。近期，首期PST于5月份在北京探月学院顺利结业。

Hello everyone, all my outstanding coworkers and colleagues!
Today, our three days’ training has come to an end. For every training, I always tell myself to meet every single beautiful soul partaking in the event, however, every time I come to realize that three days go by like a fleeting moment, and it is my deepest regret to be able to meet only a handful. 
At this moment, I have a few words of encouragement and exhortation for everyone and myself.

Do not hesitate when trying to implement PBL because you haven’t learned all there is to it. It only takes a few small steps to embark on your great journey.

Do not doubt yourself just because no one else around you is doing what you’re doing. If we are pursuing something exceptional, then we must make the first steps to walk before others. Every era needs its pioneers. This is the era of deeper learning in Chinese education.

Do not let your faith in education innovation be faltered by any stumbling blocks. Every country, every era, and every individual finds themselves facing all kinds of difficulties and problems. We cannot overcome or fix them all, but we hope to do what is possible to make a difference.

Last but not least, please take care of yourself, your family, and your children. Our family is the meaning of our life, the rock on which we stabilize our life, and the resource of our motivations.  They should come before our work in education innovation.

In the end, please write down and send us your thoughts and inspirations. DLC will respond to everyone. We all have a long way to go, but we can do it!

各位杰出学员、国之栋梁、出类拔萃的同仁！
今天，我们将结束三天的培训，回到各自的岗位。每一次培训我都说要认识所有参训的美丽灵魂，然三天太短，仿若瞬间，几乎没认识几个人，十分抱歉，深感愧疚。
值此离别，留言如下，共思共勉：

不要因为自己还没有学会全部的PBL，而裹足不前，事实就是行动，哪怕一点点的行动，也是一段伟大旅程的开始。
02
不要因为周围没有同行的人，而觉得自己特立独行，而畏人妄言，而缩手缩脚。我们的追求如果是出类拔萃，那么我们将注定要走在其他人的前面，总要有人来引领每一个时代，这是中国教育的深度学习时代。
03
不要因为各种困难，而随波逐流，而人云亦云，而失去推动创新教育的信念。任何一个国家，任何一个时代，任何一个人都会面对各种问题，我们无法解决所有，但我们希望做力所能及的改变。

照顾好自己、自己的家庭和自己的孩子是做好教育创新工作的前提，因为这是我们生活的后盾和生命的最大意义，也是我们稳定情绪和工作动力的最大来源。

把我们在这次培训中的感悟、思考、想法以及所有的心情和行动，都可以写出来发给DLC，这是我们最少的行动了。DLC将会给所有的行动者以回应：莫道前路远，吾辈岂等闲！
